- XL large is not really XL. It is something between L and XL
- Transport costs (From Italy to Switzerland) are, from my point of view, very high, 53 EUR (16 EUR for shipment and 37 EUR for UPS delivery).

Great friendly service
As Novak's fan I wanted to support the Djokovic Foundation.I chose the new backpack and the red cup, which were both delivered in time, safely packed to survive the long journey to Australia. I like the new backpack and especially the idea of the separate shoe compartment.
Thank you and keep up the great work!
