... the novak store is really good, especially the extremely fast delivery!
But: the product varity isvrally disappointing... no shirts, no hoodies, etc.
please more products!!! Especially unqlo stuff!

Hi, I love the product and the concept of the Novak Djokovic Foundation collection. I ordered a jacket for a friend with his name on and he was really happy about that special gift. Shipping was very fast, but I think the shipping costs as it was picked and custom made in Italy were too high. 20€ is too much. The product looks very nice, even though the material and the workmanship is of medium to lower quality compared to products from premium sports brand in that price range of 50€

From placing the order , delivery of order and quality of watch.... Everything is exceptionally good..... It was a surprise gift for me from my wife and it's really nice... I am a big fan of djokovic and wifey of Roger Federer .....really great

Novak's Red polo and sweat shirt is a Fantastic gift to anyone who support's Nole and his great cause. I have been wearing my Red polo since Australia, hopefully this is gonna be an even better year than 2011. Grand slam and Rolland Garros is next. Idemo Nole!!
ps. the only thing missing are zips on the pockets of Sweat shirt.

I think the order came before I closed by laptop. Amazing delivery and exactly what my son wanted. He wears this to his tennis academy and is so proud of his shirt and Nole as well.
As the only Serbian/African American speaking boy there he rules in his shirt!

Ordered a few items from Novak's official store. The quality of the items exceeded expectations as did delivery. Thus international shipment came faster than some domestic orders I've placed. (BTW: Sure wish you have a US-based site or store to purchase more items like the UNI-QLO apparel Nole wears.)

As a big fan of Novak I really like uniqlo gear and I 'm happy to be able to buy online and I had a quick delivery . I would like to add some suggestions concerning the sizes because there is not S size for the short ( for a while) and I would like to be able to Buy the Cap nole team wears during the games

It is too expensive to send things back to Europe and so I had to spend hours modify the shorts by hand to fit my friend, for whom they were a gift. I had specifically asked to sizing information, but the information received was inaccurate, and the shorts were at least one size to large for my friend.

I love the products offered on the Novak Djokovic shop Website. If I may suggest two improvements that will increase sales almost guaranteed.
Please have a look if the Djokovic symbol can be relocated to the middle of the hats as opposed to the right. The hats would be better if they were a little larger/deeper also. With these improvements I am certain that the hats will sell better and more importantly look much better☺Everything else in the store is fantastic ☺☺
