Good service,great bike,nothing to fault

Perfect - bike arrived on time, as described, and in perfect condition. Good price too. Can't say fairer than that.

Booked my Van Nicolas in for gold star service as originally bought bike from Fatbirds in Hunstanton as I was travelling a fair distance some 130 miles decided to travel up day before and stay over locally so dropped bike in day before staff friendly and helpful.
Next morning got a phone call to say mechanic
had rang in sick and bike would not be worked on as there was no other mechanic available
Disappointed as this had cost me money for overnight accommodation and no end result
Loss of revenue for shop and bad first impression on reflection I think i will support my local bike shop with my future requirements.

Very good advice on the phone and called around the shops to find the bike I was looking for. It arrived within a few days, and it's a lovely bike in excellent quality. All in all, very happy with the whole experience.

I would recommend getting a bike directly from the store to be able to have the bike fitted to your size. A good shop to do business with.

I live in Cornwall, so purchased a XS Giant TCR Advanced 2 from Pedal Revolution online for my son. The bike arrived as arranged, well packaged and made. One very happy son and I am delighted with the success of the buying process.

I brought vouchers, nothing wrong with them other than the fact they didn't come in an envelope and the amount was handwritten which was scruffy. Overall, the presentation of them could be better considering people will be buying them for gifts for others.

I bought a bike from Fatbirds/Pedal Revolution 11 years ago and they were very helpful. I bought a frame from them again recently and they were amazing. Very proactive and knew their stuff. Very helpful with technical questions and sourcing of parts. Highly recommended.

I was initially a little concerned to buy a relatively expensive bike online but Pedal revolution are actually longstanding bike shops with an online presence so this was not a problem at all. It was easy to ring and speak to somebody before I ordered and their advice was very helpful. Howard was especially helpful.

The delivery was very well organised and the text tracker gave a time of arrival so I didn't have to wait around all day. It arrived in a large box, well packed with all the correct documentation and fitted ready to ride apart from the handlebars and pedals which were easy to fix. The bike
is wonderful and I've had no problems whatsoever. Basically Pedal Revolution provided great customer service, a great price, a great product and they are good honest bike people.

I would Highly recommend Pedal Revolution to anybody and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Took my bike into Norwich shop to buy new tyres & tubes, only 1 option available so spent £61 on 2 tyres with tubes, I went home to fit but tube valves wouldn't penetrate rim without excessive force & noticed both tyres also disfigured.
Returned to shop for refund, chap (Neil) informed me they don't do refunds (apparently few places do nowadays & I should have read there small card on counter regarding returns. Card obscured by other products on the counter), he was aware tyres deformed & rubber covered tubes valves didnt fit due to rubber covering.
They couldn't give me credit note as they couldn't work there system so given gift voucher.
I had paid cash that morning, I'm disappointed not to have refund & wont be using them again.
I'm sure this falls under missold product, either way Neil certainly didn't come over as concerned.
I always try to support local companies but with this attitude this is 1 company I won't be supporting again & shall certainly share my experience.

First time I have used pedal revolution would defiantly recommend it very fast and easy to use

I bought some Italian Flag coloured bar tape. It was the cheapest I found on the web and it was delivered very promptly. What's not to like about that! Thanks, will use again.
