Excellent customer service and fast delivery of my new bike. I was a little concerned about ordering an expensive bike online, however it came fully assembled with pre delivery service inspection, all I had to do was to straighten the bars and adjust the seat height.
Highly recommended.

The bike I initially ordered turned out to be out of stock. I got a call from Leon, who was right on the ball and found me a suitable alternative. I got my new bike a few weeks ago, finished assembling it, and have been riding it to work since. I'm really pleased with the product and the service. Highly recommended.

I knew the bike I wanted and after searching, found Pedalrevolution had the most attractive pricing. Creating an account in order to purchase was not intuitive and required a bit of bouncing around screen to find. A Register New User button next to the login option would fix that.
Having submitted the order, I had a call from Carl in the shop quite quickly afterwards. The customer service experience is second to none. These guys can’t help enough and are truly passionate about bikes.
The only other niggle I have is to do with tracking and dispatch. The website will show you an order, but no indication of status or even courier dispatch tracking. I did get a random text from DHL to say a parcel was on its way, but no indication of origin. I have a lot of parcels. I gave pedalrevolution to call to confirm it was the bike, which it was.
Whilst I opted for the expedited dispatch, this doesn’t really mean anything formbike deliveries. Due to the size of the package, it’s the last thing loaded on the couriers vehicle. Consequently, day of arrival before 10.30am became 2 days later at the end of the afternoon.
The niggles I have are with tweaking the website and the courier. Pedal revolution I can’t praise highly enough and would shop there again.

ordered from this company a month ago for a fixie. It was meant to arrive within 1 week, fast forward a week and I had to contact them myself to have them say the other one was broken, wait another week, one week later, still no sign of the bike, it should be with us Friday, Friday comes around and no bike, it should be with us Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday (today) and no bike. Each time I have had to contact the company myself to find out what’s going on. Avoid at all costs. In reply to your reply, you did not ‘contact immediately’ I had to contact you myself on every occasion :)

Unfortunately my order was lost in transit but Pedal Revolution were very quick to resolve the situation in a customer focused and responsible manner. So, a satisfied customer here.

The customer service that I have experienced is second to none. Having purchased online vouchers for a christmas present, that could not, at first, be traced at the sorting office, Pedal Revolution were ready to deliver another voucher if no result from the Royal Mail. What a great bunch of people! Luckily all was found eventually, but thank you for making the whole experience less stressful PR!

After a minor communication problem that was quickly sorted out, all went ok. The items were delivered with in two days.
I would use them again.

Purchased Giant Propel Advanced 1 on line at a greatly reduced price to other stores. Within 4 days I received a text from DHL to confirm delivery. Bike well packed, only needed to turn bars around and pump tyres up. My only recommendation to Pedal Revolution would be to send a text message to keep customer updated with the despatch.
