I'm happy with the product and the service wasn't that bad.

Initially the bike shipped out quickly, next day after order, with the promise of the helmet that I bought along with the bike to follow. DHL proceeded to ship the bike from Norwich to London Docklands instead of Nottingham. The bike sat in London Docklands for 2 days with no information on the DHL site other than the bike delivery had been delayed. I call the DHL depot in Nottingham on Friday afternoon and found out the bike would be shipped to Notts on Friday night and would be out for delivery the following week. Fed up with the whole DHL thing I headed to their Nottingham depot on Saturday morning after calling ahead of time to guarantee that the bike had arrived. The package that I received was a beaten-up, wet single layer cardboard box that had been torn open along its top and taped back up. The bike was upside down in the box, both the front and rear reflectors had been smashed and the seat was scuffed, other than that all good.
Still waiting on the helmet to arrive from the order that was originated on April 14th. The whole £50 shipment process, taking into account the current situation, from the lack of thought that goes into the packaging to the incompetence of the shipper is poor.

Great in every way. I couldn’t be happier. Very thorough, great service and super quick delivery of my new bike.

Ordered on new bike on their website, spoke to shop via telephone about picking bike up without entering shop (because of Coronavirus) and bike was ready to ride away the next day! Excellent service, excellent bike. Couldn’t fault this shop, they’re great.

Great service and help. Ordered the J Guillem Formentor after a couple of conversations via email. Karl helped me tremendously well with my queries on sizing and build. He (the store) kept me informed all the way through the process and even offered to be contactable after the bike arrived here in Singapore. The bike arrived very well. The guys at the workshop did a great job of assembling it transport ready. And after unpacking it was literally just a couple of bolts and screws to have the bike all finished. Now I am happy to be riding the Formentor every day. Did contact Karl at the Pedal Revolution store also just to let him know about that the bike arrived well and he was again most helpful and happy for me. Pedal Revolution is a great store. I haven't visited them physically but my online shopping experience with them has been perfect. Will shop more often with them!

I ordered a gravel bike frame three weeks ago, no sign or communication

Bad/zero service

Very let down , paid in full for a new van Nicholas redwood , which was reduced, really looking forward to its delivery . Some days later i received a email to say sorry but the bike was a ex-display , that had about a 8mm drilled hole in a tube and scuff marks on many other's . Mistakes happen .Thanks for your reply , But if you really wanted to say sorry , you would have taken £400 off a new redwood so I would have the thing I wanted and paid for , not a basic second hand bike with a hole drilled in it .

Friendly helpful staff with quality parts and good range of products

Bought a titanium bike from Norwich branch. Neil was excellent - patiently had me test loads of bikes, including his own. Ended up with a semi custom build. Katie was excellent with bike fit. First class overall. I drove from London for this place twice (bike test and then bike collection) and would do it again in a heart beat.

Great technical help from Karl to assist purchase

Shop had an issue with the quality of the item being sent so the staff, rather than send the slightly faulty item, replaced it with a new item from the supplier at cost to themselves.
