My experience has been nothing but great for the pricing offered. TPO support was necessary at the outset (two years ago), but has been unnecessary ever since. My voicemail alerts on iPhone SE were... See more

An inconvenience of a service provider

An inconvenience of a service provider. Maintenance of keeping Credit Card on file to pay bill monthly is very poorly managed. The Customer service needs fine tuning. Too often you have to wait days to hear back from a rep with a resolution.

Rude customer service

The pricing is great but they must train their customer service representatives to be rude. I had to speak with no fewer than 4 or five in porting 3 phones from different carriers to TPO in getting the right port passcodes, cdma/sim cards etc... without exception each one was rude and marginally helpful. At least they seem to be located in this country and spoke english.

Low price for reliable service

Low price for reliable service. Not better coverage than my previous AT&T service though, but it's worth what I pay ($15 per month). Customer service is good.

It used to be cheap

The signal is not very good. It gets cut out very easily.
The web page is not friendly at all, you can not change even your basic information.

It used to be cheap but now companies like AT&T are lowering their prices and offering better services for a little bit more.

The only good thing they do is the $10 donation to a cause, the rest of the services are not very good.

Horrible customer service don't waste your time or money

Horrible customer service. I attempted to move my service from kajeet. I talk to a representative that walked me through the porting process, told me it would take 24 hours to complete. I Paid for the first month. The next day the service was still unavailable. I spoke with two rude customer service preventatives. After that experience I would not dare spend my money there.

I have no complaints

I have no complaints, very happy with the service I have received. The plans TPO offers are exactly what I have complained of for a long time. They have very cheap plans for us who hardly use our phones and normal plans for them who live on their phones. I find this to be very fairly priced. I have and do recommend TPO to everyone.

Stable service and a great value.

Had no issues with purchase or activation of service. Had no need to ever contact customer service when porting my number. Had no issues with automated billing or adding on data when needed. Service is comparable with service on 1st teir wireless carrier. Overall very happy with the value that TPO provides.

payment for non usage of service

i recently moved to a new residence, which is approx 2 miles from my old residence. i don't have network @ new residence. so, my phone is pretty useless. i contacted tpo customer service & they said they have no control over the network. so, i decided to port out. I'm doing this in between billing cycles. since this is a prepaid a/c, i had paid the upcoming month's bill. after speaking with customer care, i learnt that if i port out 'in between', there are no partial refunds if there is ANY usage. this seemed ridiculous! I'm paying for a service that is non-working & which i'm not going to use. how correct is that?
PS: i don't have good network @ my work place too!

Limited customer service hours

Limited customer service hours. My charity never received a check from TPO. Their chip lasted six months and they wanted me to wait without phone service for two weeks for a new one. CSR told me no other options. CSR told me they couldn't correct caller ID on account.
