Over a month of chasing my order and still nothing. Emails have been getting nowhere as this company isn't interested in customer service or even fulfilling orders. 0 apologies, gestures or anything of the sort. They were quick to reply when chasing the order initially (oh yeah you don't get an order confirmation unless you chase for one), but as soon as I demanded a refund, they have gone quiet. Thieves. I'm now out of pocket and have received nothing.

I can only agree with the other reviews. Not only has my order from early November not arrived yet, but the system hung up during the ordering process, so two orders were placed instead of one. Of course, the money was also debited twice.
Also the customer service is very bad, in the beginning I was still answered and meanwhile I am ignored. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered my cards back in July 2021, it’s now Sept 22,2021, and they just arrived today. However I was given a tracking code maybe 4 weeks after I paid for it. I was super suspect but thought I would stick it through.

When I did finally get the code I was aware that it was coming from China. I’m also in Australia and with the Pandemic, I’m just happy it’s here, despite the fact that it’s been 2 months since I ordered it. It felt too good to be true but I took a chance and I’m glad I did. That being said, reading the reviews below mine, makes me feel some kind of way now.

Okay, the cards arrived brand new, I was initially excited when I opened them up, however when I read the first card, it had a horribly misspelled word, which prompted me to go through the deck and read each card so I can see if there are other mistakes. I’m glad I did, 6 of the white cards have spelling errors, and 1 black has one. CHECK YOUR CARDS, is all I wanted to say.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered universe vs Rick and Morty over a month ago and the shipping status hasn't changed. I emailed the company and 5 times and have yet to receive a response about my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY.

The customer service is unreachable. I received an email asking if I loved the product. I never received it!! Right now I have a dispute running to get my money back.

This is a scam I ordered the Potter against humanity edition at the end of March and here we are in June and still haven’t gotten anything. The email customer service is a joke and copy and paste answers that never really address the issue. Total scam

Well, my case is different. I received the potter cards on time and I bought 2 with a different address coz I wanna play them with my best friend that was living on another state, and we both ordered separately and we both received the cards with a gap of 1 day. Ordered it on Apr 27 and received it on May 15, and May 16.

Said the produce could not be delivered and to contact shipper. I contacted them and all they do is send the same link and saying it’s in transit, which it’s clearly not. Also their phone number does not connect to a person and says call failed. Do NOT buy from this company.

I ordered "My Hero Cards" totaling $44.90 on March 25th. I have had pretty much the same experience as these other people. I used my Visa/Debit card. I recently had the bank trace back and they found the phone number attached to this store. I have left more than 5 messages and sent 3 Emails. I want a refund but don't know how to go about it. I am calling my bank on Monday and discussing it. I think I am screwed and this is a scam.

I ordered Avengers Against Humanity from MyHeroCards at the end of March and received an email that I would receive another email once the product has been shipped. I asked a couple of times and they reassured me it was just a human error due to Easter Holidays and COVID-19. But given the fact that their website says there's a 30 day refund I asked for my money back. They kept talking around the refund, promising to send the product (multiple times they actually sent new order info with the wrong games) and offering me a shady link to click on which I refused to.
I told my bank and they cancelled the transaction for me and had my card locked. But I am absolutely disgusted that people do this. Don't trust them!

I ordered from MyHeroCards at the beginning of March, I emailed to have my shipping information updated, but received emails in response that were generic and didn’t have anything to do with my email request. I emailed about 7 different times with no updates, no responses, and the item supposedly shipped after my 7th email, but the courier company seems like a sham and the status updates never change. After some sleuthing I came to the conclusion that they are the same company as StoreLucca and they are both a scam. As I’m writing this I checked my order status and the page no longer even exists. Do not buy from either MyHeroCards or StoreLucca!

Please don’t buy from this company. I ordered Marvel version of cards against humanity in November for my sons Christmas present. It never arrived and all attempts to get a refund from the company have failed. Raised a charge back with my card company so did get reimbursed but heard nothing from them. Complete scam.

I order Carda against Potter 1 month ago and the tracking link doesn't update at all. Been emaling them 9 times and I get the same automatic answer everytime! In the last Email they called me Susan and my name is Alexandra.. yet again I've been scammed.

No order number on an order of cards against harry potter before Christmas and little to no communication when I reached out. It's a scam site. Their website says 24 hr cancellation but I never received and order number and never had a chance to cancel. Their website has filler code on most of the pages.

It's a scam site. I orderd manny weeks befor christmas. I received two order confirmations but it is not possible to follow the delivery. I also do not get any answers from the support when I want my money back. Do not buy from these!

Realized the store was a scam when they didn't ever take me to any sort of confirmation screen for the Avengers Against Humanity card game. I am not hopeful that they will give me any sort of refund, just based on what others have been saying, which is the exact same experience I've had.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Order the Avengers Cards against humanity in May. To date... no tracking... no shipment, and their response time is abismal. One more thing... The emailed me to say that i was shipped... but can't provide a tracking or date of shipment.... Simply unprofessional.

Simply Terrible. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered the Avengers Against Humanity card game back in midApril. I got an email shortly thereafter confirming my order. I got a follow up email at the end of April letting me know that the shipping would be delayed a bit due to COVID-19 related issues. I’m still waiting on my card game. I’ve sent several other emails since then inquiring as to the status of my order & when they reply (which is quite rare) it’s just the same stuff about COVID-19 related delays. I did, however, get a link at one point to a “shipping video” which was nothing more than 15-20 seconds of a pallet full of Avengers Against Humanity card games being moved from one place to another by forklift, but nothing related to shipping anything (in my opinion). In the last day or so, I finally received an email that included a FedEx tracking number. FedEx has apparently tried to deliver the package 3 different times in the last week or so, but couldn’t because the address on the shipping label is wrong even though I had previously contacted StoreLucca to double check that they had the proper shipping address for me (& they claimed they did). FedEx says I have to go through the shipper (StoreLucca) to get the address corrected in order to HOPEFULLY receive a package I really don’t want anymore. I’ve emailed StoreLucca about the shipping address situation & am hoping for the best but I can promise that I’ll NEVER do any business with them again & I’ll do everything in my power to keep my friends & family away from them, too.

I ordered cards against Avenger in early may. I have sent over 10 emails by now. They kept says it was on it's way. When I finally received a tracking number, the tracking said it had been delivered. I know that can't be true. I have never received it. I've since sent 4 emails demanding a refund. I don't even want it anymore. Any fun this game could have been is now tainted by this horrible experience. the responses the my emails for a refund have been nothing. Literally. As if they started to reply, but didn't type anything. And I have since stopped receiving a reply at all. This company needs to be audited.

I ordered a Cards against the Avengers set months ago and still have not received it. Every email i send them asking for an update is the same exact out generated response, even the one when I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued! Do not buy from this place!
