A total Mystery
I ordered tree based on outdoor or indoor use and very speedily received it. When I read instructions it stated in 1 part not suitable for extended for extensive use outside. I had bought it for this use. Later in instructions stated suitable for outside but plug had to be kept indoors. I attempted 3 or 4 phone calls and 2 written remarks and had no reply. I then applied for return of goods and at this point I am told there is no sight of my order. I was annoyed that I am also expected to pay for the return of this disaster of an order. Regardless of no sign of my order phone calls not being responded to is the height of bad manners as the company didnt know what I was phoning about! Product is still lying where it was put when I received it.

The listing description and instructions clearly state that its suitable for indoor & Outdoor use.
The plug needs to be plugged indoors or in a weatherproof box like a DRIbox. Again as stated in the listing description.
Return instructions are always provided and in instances like this where the product isn't faulty and we have already paid to get the item to you very speedily its fair that its your responsibility to get the item back to us for a refund.
An order isn't lost however if an incorrect order number is presented to us this can cause a delay but was soon located once this is realised.
