For what it's worth, I ordered A Tribe Called Quest hoodie from them and it actually shipped and arrived (with the correct size and product). Ordered June 19th, got USPS shipping notification June 23rd, and arrived June 26, 2026. I was pretty skeptical with all the reviews and figured if I didn't get it I'd just chargeback, but yeah figured I write a success story for those of you who may be looking to buy something

Ordered a Signed drumhead from Dannycarrey.com. Item was never delivered, no response from music today. I can't even ask for my money back.

Did not send anything, took months and dozens of emails to get a refund.

Canada Post tried to deliver my over priced R50 today. In addition to the overpriced $540 for this set they wanted an additional $75. This is disgusting that I ordered an item from a Canadian Band into Canada and they were not able to deliver it from within Canada. Or at the very least at the exorbitant price of $540 could not pre-pay the Taxes and whatever else might be in the $75 from Canada Post. This will be my last purchase from my favourite band Rush and Rush.com or rushbackstage.com.

Last summer, I ordered an Iggy Pop T-shirt, which I'm still waiting for. After several emails, I haven't received a single response, and the shirt is supposedly still "on its way." As other colleagues say, I doubt they even have real merchandise. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

Non responsive after several emails. Dont support these distribution companies - buy from local record shops instead. They give the artists they represent a bad name.

If I could give them a no star I would I order a tool hoodie for 101 dollars instead they send me a tshirt from some band I don’t even know

I ordered two posters from two of The Cure concerts last May. They still haven’t arrived neither has the refund promised to me! They now say they have a problem with refunding using my payment method…now they want my full info and address even though they have it! I am corresponding with Leeleanna S. of Music Today, should be called Music Never!
I am always suspicious when I am asked such.
Anyone reading this, do yourselves a favour and save yourselves a lot of time, money and stress but not ordering from this company.

My wife ordered two framed Rush pieces as Christmas presents for me, but when the items arrived they had sent us two identical framed pieces and not the two different pieces my wife had ordered. We simply want to return one of the duplicates and get the correct item sent to us, but we are getting nothing but non-responsiveness from Musictoday. It has been 3 weeks and we have no resolution to our request. These framed pieces were $150.00 apiece and the error is clearly Musictoday's, but their customer service is both non-existent and appallingly bad. We will never buy another thing from this vendor - shameful!

They should change the company name to “musiclateron” as a person who worked there and seen the behind the scenes tea yall would have better luck shopping on the black market the managers don’t give a shoot about customer orders they rather talk about sports they don know half the shoot they supposed to managing over if you have a dispute and bring it to HR nothing is done about it because they friends with the workers and let them do anything they want .was told by one of the managers that I was below production so I looked up my production numbers and was not below average they said it to try to get me to quit because I wouldn’t kiss they ass like they friends there are some good working people there but majority is 💩 they smile in ya face then talk about you behind your back

Ordered gifts for Christmas from The Band store on 12/7. They said delivery guaranteed by Christmas if you ordered by the 15th. On the 19th it still hadn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service, which is a complete joke. I was told it was progressing as expected and it’s all good. I responded back asking if they were going to upgrade shipping so it would get here by Christmas and was given the same line. I responded back and said I wanted it cancelled and a refund. It shipped the next day and I received a response that said ‘thanks for being patient’ and that was it.
It will not be delivered in time for Christmas and this company could care less. I don’t understand why all of these artists are working with this company that is clearly a joke.

Awful awful awful. I ordered October 11th from a QR at a concert, over $200! It’s December 18th, no word and they will not help. Just cheesy emails saying don’t worry. So disappointing.

Maybe you'll get what you ordered.... maybe you won't? Pay the most for quickest shipping? No worries, it'll get there when it gets there... maybe... maybe it won't.... maybe it won't get there at all... purchase a particular item? Hmm we think you'll like this one better actually... even if you paid more for what you THOUGHT you were getting... at least I got something I guess?

How on Earth this company is still functioning is beyond me. They've gotta be backed by live Nation or someone to hold such monopoly on so many different bands merch.... and to not give a single f*** about any of the paying customers...I really love supporting my favorite bands but after continuous problems for over a couple years with this company. I think I'll pay more and fully support the bands by purchasing merch at shows until this bs changes. Wouldn't surprise me if they hit all the bands with a hefty percentage too anyway.

I ordered a hozier record Unreal Unearth in September and it came horribly warped. Messaged them right away and took about a month to hear back from them. The issue still hasn't been resolved as of December.

Wow people aren't kidding about the awful experiences with this company. I ordered a premium box set for my wife at a cost of $95.00, what I received was a called an essentials set a $50.00 set. I emailed the company to see if i could get the correct box sent to me. After two days and three emailS to them I received a response that the item I ordered was now out of stock so they couldn't fix the order but that they would refund me. I'm pretty sure the rep who responded to my inquiry had no idea what they were talking about since they thanked me for the photos I sent ( i sent no photos) and to this day the item i ordered is still on the artists website as being available. After two days of no refunds or even anything pending I filed a complaint with paypal who imminently closed the case in my favor and refunded me. I have now also received 6 emails from this company since saying it's been a few days since we last heard from you , and that they wanted to check in to see if they can help me with anything.

If I could give a zero, I would.
35 bucks for a Gov’t Mule t-shirt, plus 10 bucks to ship it.
It’s such low quality crap you can see through it when you hold it up to light.
It reminds me of the knock off t-shirts crackheads sell in the parking lot after a show.
Never buy anything from this company.

They are HUGE on me even and I'm 5"8 and 200lbs. Want to send back and get a refund. They are just 100% ignoring me.

Addition: After posting this review they did fully refund my money.

Too bad you can't give ZERO stars. Attempting to buy from the David Bowie store. They constantly send ads for discounts and free shipping. Well, forget it if you live in the US at least. They will split your order into two orders so you don't qualify for free shipping.. Any attempts to contact customer service - have attempted via email 3 times go UNANSWERED. Glad to see i'm not alone with all these awful reviews.

Appalling company. Cannot believe the artists use them. Are they contractually obligated through Live Nation or something? I ordered Cure merchandise two months ago. I never receive updates to the order. I have to log in and every time I do, it's been pushed back by another week or two. And guess what? If you hit Cancel, they cancel the order AND keep your money--including shipping. Also hearing a lot of complaints about poor quality of hoodies and shirts, and damaged posters.

Do they even have merchandise? or do they just promise you stuff and bump the ship date back repeatedly until you give up and cancel?
