I always order from Store Supply Warehouse! They always have what I need for our store and it comes in a timely manner! I am never dissapointed!

Recent experience was 5 star. Subtracted 1 star for the survey. Actually took longer to address this survey than it did to search, find and purchase your product. If I could have simply clicked on 5 stars and submitted, this would have been over already. But apparently you require a short dissertation explaining why I was so elated about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a display from you. Thank you for suggesting your 'Read our Guidelines for Reviewers' and the enlightening 'How to write a useful review', they were very helpful. To round out the trilogy we have the extremely important 'eligible to leave this review' in blue text to emphasis it's importance, that is a must read before I sign my life away and check the box and release my review to the world.
But wait, were not done yet. We still need to spend another 30 minutes reviewing the Trust Pilot 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' for the Legal Dept.
I realize nobody will ever see this review, however I feel much better about the whole online shopping experience now. And remember, you did insist.

I have ordered many times and satisfied until this order. I.wasn't shipped what I ordered and haven't heard from customer service either.
Unfortunately it will be my last purchase with them.

Your company is always great. Fast service and great product. This last order of tissue paper however seems to be of a lesser quality. It wasn’t horrible, it tears to easily and i’m getting used to it. I do miss the old bulk kraft tissue though. No worries just not quiet as nice.

Four stars because it was cheap and close, but the mannequin was damaged when i received it so the hook at the top is no longer functional.

I received a box of 100 ladies blouse hangers and a dozen of them were broken. I receive them in a timely manner however, I am very dissatisfied with the quality.

I will definitely order again from you as the customer service is superb. Could not be happier!

I purchased 6 1.5 inch grid panels to build a box with a door to create a bluebird feeder. This was to keep out Starlings and other undesirable birds. These worked perfectly after tie-wrapping them together. The box is used outside so I am unsure of how long they will last. We will see... Thanks

The ordering went well like always, but

I was surprised to see that the earing holder was broken. However we were able to glue the piece so that it is useable but other than that I am always satisfied with our purchases through the company.

We received our order even faster than initially expected. Service and tracking were excellent. The products ordered are as described.

Online the item stated that it was in stock and then took several weeks for delivery. No communication what so ever about the process. Double charged. And I STILL don't have my items after ordering weeks ago!

I still have not received my order. I was told twice it would be here at a certain time and twice it has failed to come. I still have not received it yet. 2 day shipping has turned in to 2 weeks and still no order received.

We received our boxes and have opened the first 100. All is well. When we get to opening the next 100 boxes if there is an issue we will reach out. Thank you for following up with us!
