Never had any issues with anything purchased!

I placed a order and never received the order. Customer service is not helpful in this matter.

It's been two weeks since I placed my order and still have not received it, nor have I received any sort of communication as to why it's on hold.

These bags were exactly what I was looking for. I’m using them to put my greeting cards and brand them with a stamp with my logo. They are on the thin side so I wouldn’t recommend putting something too heavy in them. The price was the cheapest I’ve found, even after shipping. I’m very happy with them and recommend them for small and light items.

Website was good. Order came quickly. Problem areas were the delivery company used not communicating accurate info to me. They also delivered outside of delivery window (with no call ahead) and I had to rush to my business to get the product out of the rain.

Unbelievable customer service, not only did they get back to me very quickly, they sent me replacements free of charge and I didn't need to return the defective ones. Wonderful company will definitely use again and suggest to my friends for sure!!

Grids were the second order I received from Store supply. Order arrived as promised by tracking number in shipment with no damage at all. Items were packaged well and are quality product. These grids sure will make life easier when displaying at art shows! Easy setup and tear down is a big plus!

The part came in a timely manner. I was a little worried it was going to be broke as the box was all bashed in. Maybe better packaging.

Very upset. Ordered three items only received two. Emailed the company to inform them our top hangers were not shipped but we paid for them. So we need to be either refunded or we need to receive the hangers and nobody has reached out or responded.

An item in our order was damaged and a replacement was sent immediately at no charge. We are very happy with how quickly this was resolved for us.

The items were well prices and arrived quickly. There really isn't much else to say.

The customer service was excellent but two items arrived damaged. The exterior shipping packages were intact but inside the boxes the two plastic items were damaged and unusable. I would like to request a refund for these items.

Will be a welcomed addition to my festival tent. Praying that the legs are restocked and delivered soon.

I received a huge heavy box. The box was mangled from being shipped and people having to man handle it. It was filled with loose hangers, tag gun, tag plastic lines, size rings, poles for hanging clothes on slate wall & the brackets to hold the poles on the slate grid. 3 of the 6 brackets are bent due to not being properly packaged in the box. I also am still trying to detangle pant hangers that are a complete mess. I buy quite regularly, along with several other business owners that I know. My other orders have been fine that’s why I didn’t rate this a 1 star.
