This company has an amazing product very good customer service

This company has an amazing product ! It helps us get our funds faster from Amazon. Really solved a big problem for us and the interest rate is only 2 percent very fair. At first we had some issues with the American banks sending to Canada but my reps Daniel mesa and manager holly went above and beyond to fix the issue by finding a Canadian bank account for us to use. Their hard work saved my business And my account for them. They were very professional and polite even when the issues were not their fault. If you’re a Canadian user I would recommend asking them for a Canadian bank account from the beginning to make sure no issues and you can avoid wire charges as well.

not disclosing minimum requirements before account setup

I give them 1 star for not disclosing their requirements before signing up for their service. They let me set up an account and add all my sales data, personal and banking information. When I asked for the status of my application, a few days later, I was told that my business is too small (less than $25k monthly on Amazon). Basically, they don't want to waste their time with someone petty.

I had a great experience working with STORFUND

I had a great experience working with StorFund when I first started selling on TikTok Shop. As a new seller, cash flow was one of my biggest challenges. Waiting on payouts made it difficult to restock inventory and scale properly. StorFund stepped in at the right time and helped me increase my cash flow by providing daily advances, which truly helped me level up my business.

The process was smooth, transparent, and exactly what I needed during my growth phase. A special thanks to Daniel, who was my main point of contact throughout the journey. He was always responsive, supportive, and proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was running smoothly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he was there to help.

Overall, a very positive experience. If you’re a new seller looking to scale faster and manage cash flow better, StorFund can definitely make a difference.

We went through a lengthy application…

We went through a lengthy application process, time spent giving them all my companies details, they had access to everything, even bank statements. Then I was told I’d hear in a 1-2 weeks. It took over a month for them to reject me. My Company has been trading for 13 years! I was told I’d hear back as to why I was declined but never got a reply. They even found personal information out from 20 years ago which was nothing to do with my company. Felt very exposed and upset by the end.

Joke of a company completed a very detailed application, was told someone would be in touch. Have waited over a month not heard a peep we have an account doing 3m sales a year and they got access to all our data then never even sent a message. Went to sign in and looks like account is deleted! Have reported to the ICO

Help with cashflow issues - even if you aren't US LLC

I find Storfund very special, as most of the other companies I tried to work with only work with US LLCs (which we unfortunately are not), but Storfund didn't make it a problem. Both of the people we communicated with (for onboarding and later as our account manager) were very friendly, responsive and helpful!

The right place for more cashflow

Update: This business has retaliated by refusing to offer service to my account. This is illegal.

This is one of the most long drawn out applications I have ever experienced. Incredibly tedious and overdrawn. There are better lenders with better application processes that are more streamlined for busy business owners.

Appalling - Exhausting

We was approached by storfund 2 years ago. With the scaling of the business and explosive growth, we found ourselves being beneficial of this service. We started our application smoothly. I must point out that Julia has been ABSOLUTELY outstanding, professional and extremely detailed in her work and process. Storfund, however, has been an agonizing and exhausting process. With lack of structure during the application process and also unrealistic checks, complied with unnecessary risk assessments. I must admit i do not recommend them to any of our competitors or fellow companies who would benefit from such service. I really am not an individual who leaves reviews but this process has impacted me so greatly i must let others know about it. I respect their process and decisions, of course. But improvements and transparency of the application process must be explained to new on-boarding companies before all our data is sent across. 1 star from me
