After a month of use, one part collapsed and we couldn't use our corner sofa.. The fabric no longer looks as good as it did at the beginning
We contacted the company but no one replayed so my husband tried to fix it.
I contacted company again and they told me to sent an official email so I sent my complaint. It was in January and I am still waiting for the answer.
Few weeks ago I tried to post my review on their Facebook website and they blocked me.
I can't open any links from them anymore.
They deleted me from Facebook group so I can't contacted them anymore.
It's sad that I was assured of all the help when I bought it and now they don't respond and block negative content.

I get sofa in November from display but Mr Lukasz told it's new condition nothing wrong
Unfortunately sofa is smelly dirty and you can fell construction
We agreed that I order different one and should be exchanged around February then he told me will be March
Now no contact with Mr Lukasz

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered my sofa end of August and came exactly 4 weeks later. Our sofa bed looks lovely. I really like the quality of fabric. Storage is big enough and very useful. The sofa bed was very well packed. Highly recommended.
