I won a 100 was only paid 25. I had another 100 as credit was gonna play on the next day logged on and they took it too. Out of a total of 200 I got 25. They actually went in my account and wiped out my winnings big rip off. I contacted support was told rule #7 but that applies to free play. I bought coins. And none of it applies to winning I havent redeemed thats was in my account that I wasnt redeeming I was saving it to play waste of time.

Not happy at all. I won around 140 dollars, went to redeem 100 and a few hours later I received an email about 25 dollars (!!!) being deposited. The SC i had remaining in my account after the redemption - 40 SC- which I was still playing with, suddenly disappeared and the SC balance was 0.00.
Nowhere during the redemption was there a notice that popped up, no heads up, nothing.
The audacity is blowing my mind rn.

They have a game that you can spin every two hours and if you get 3 buffalo 3 times you get $5. I had gotten it twice already and the 3rd time it never credited it. I let customer service know and even with screenshots of the buffalo in background they wouldnt give it to me. Very disappointed. Watch your games. Who knows how many people have gotten wins that never got credited.
