Its so scamming and shiesty it's not even funny

The customer service is rude. Then have the nerve to lie about how the money goes from the bonus to the vault so you can claim it to play with. I have $29.84 in my bonus after I claimed my vault money so is it that I can’t use the &29.84

Customer support told me I was getting 4 percent back just wait for it to load so I waited the next day a different customer service agent told me I am not getting my percent back. Does not say anything in rules wtf! How many thousands does a person have to spend. Lies all lies never again. Go to Kylan’s or mckluck they don’t lie to people

Thursday, February 26, 2026 has started out to be one of the BEST days that I can remember in a LONG time.

I logged into my stormrush.com account and decided to play one of the 3 games that I had saved in my favorites.

I wagered 0.40 and pressed the spin button several times…… lost several 0.40 wagers and then it happened!! I pressed the spin button again and the bells went off and the dollar amounts continued to flash on my phone screen and continued to add up….. to over $400.00!! I’m still in shock 😳 as I have never won anything like this in my entire 63 years!!

The customer service representative that I chatted with was 150% on her game, for so early in the morning….. A+++ in every aspect. She answered all of my questions, and made the redemption process a lot less nerve racking for me.

I have already redeemed $100.00 of the over $400.00 that I won this morning. I’ll be back tomorrow morning to either redeem another $100.00, or look at their plethora of virtual gift cards for purchase.

Stormrush has several “Tier Levels”, which I totally understand and I have no issues with that at all. It absolutely makes sense that someone who is at Tier 2 or 3 has the opportunity to redeem a larger amount of their winnings in a 24 hour period than someone who is on Tier 1. The folks on Tier 2 and higher have put more of their own personal funds into the social casino website.

I could not be more pleased with my experiences, thus far, and Stormrush.com will now be my one and only go to online social casino!

I've been playing this game for a while now and all of a sudden I get locked out and no longer to login anymore. I have over a 1000$ in my account and can't play any longer. When I inquired as to why I've been locked out, they said I had multiple accounts and I violated their rules.
I wrote back and told them that I have only 1 account with them . Then they responded back saying "The Committee, made the decision to cancel my account" , now I am unable to play or recover any of my winnings

Horrible service it let me cash out 100 into my account and then it only put 25 in there and voided the rest of my 75 instead of at least putting it back on the game for me. If I could give it 0 starts I would never went through this playing ANY other slots games.

Purchases are in vein.$9.99 waste of my $ .I've been trying to spin the third gold Buffalo on Buffalo Rush for a meager 5 SC rewar,for months now, to no avail. Plus the games have an extremely low rtp.

I won money on promo play and they took it from me after I tried to redeem they allowed a partial redemption and took all the rest while allowing me to believe I had money on the site only to take it and waste my time and money.

This is a joke another scam company. They don’t ask for verification and will let minors completely purchase. They double charge and you cannot win. They’ll let you win when you don’t spend money, but then you need to spend money to cash it out. I stopped using it and then a kid started using my phone and they did not ask for verification as this kid purchased a bunch of money. Didn’t even ask for my PayPal verification or license then you contact them and they say they’ll help you get it back and then they lie and give you every excuse they have a bunch of partner companies and they are just the biggest scam there is.

I haven't won anything at all, and that includes with the game coins not just sweeps, I enjoy same of the games but literally dont ever get anything off of them.
