Xeno is a bad@$$

They are awesome. Xeno was a godsend. I got locked out of my old account and couldn’t get a password reset link to save my life. He made the process easy as pie, when a few other casinos have banned me for making an account to chat with support. Thank you for treating me like a human Xeno. You made a huge impact on me.

Jackpot Winner is a MISTAKE!!

Note that I am a very avid gambler and i have been playing here for awhile now, Well today I learned just how devastating a win can be when the casino does not honor it! I was playing and recieved the "CONGRATS YOU WON A JACKPOT!" icon. Well i clicked on it as usual but received NOTHING!! I immediately contacted support and was told that alot of people received that today and that it was a mistake on the casinos end. When a person is alerted or surprised by a jackpot win of possible thousands of dollars and learns that its a mistake, that has a very disturbing effect on a person!! Ive yet to even get a response from customer service as i emailed them also. NO REWARD, NO COMPENSATION, NOTHING BUT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

A bit sketchy with game play

A bit sketchy with game play. They have decent coin packages but everything else is a bit of a joke. The Wheel you spin if you buy a package will almost always land on play money, even tho you got to pay to spin. The buffalo coin, or bull coin, whatever is. Once you get to the chance of winning $100, you will NEVER hit it, I’ve had 4 coins for a few months now, 5 needed to win, probably spun 200-300 times and it still hasn’t hit. Support is very much lacking structure and support. You will almost always have to wait an hour + for a response. And if you don’t see it and respond within a min or two, they leave the chat, leaving you wait another hour+ for a response. Redemption is fast, if you get the chance

Home of the deadspins and crappy rewards

If you wanna go on a 3 week losing spree and spend over 500 dollars or more than play on this platform. I'm so freaking mad. Unbelievable the losing streaks you get on this platform. Deadspins non stop! Save your money and your time. This is by far the worst platform on the online casino world!!!!
