Excellent I can’t wait to set it up and get use out of it

Arrived quickly, this is a great idea, but it is not designed for big projects - it is only intended to fill about 1/2 a big skip.... perfect and a great price for small quick jobs, but no substitute for proper plastic chutes if you are planning major works. I didnt notice the lifespan limitations and ended up damaging my chute quite quickly.

Rapid delivery, great communications and a real top quality product. This isn’t some IKEA bag chute, this is top quality material and workmanship together to produce a robust chute.

At Belfast Books we use ours for getting books from our top floor to the ground floor for recycling in the shortest possible time.

This is a new review and an update to my earlier negative reviews. I have still not received the goods and although DPD Imports claim that they have been returned to the vendor, they clearly have not done this. I have attempted to contact DPD to no avail.

Today I received an email from Stortslurf offering me a refund, which is most generous as none of this is their fault.

I can’t comment on the product as I never got to use it but I can’t fault their customer service which has been first class and that is often the most important thing.

it arrived round schedule
very easy to assemble
this was to bring down a 10foot 4 stack chimney stack
so was going to be tested to the max
the material i was bringing down was sharp and ragged so it wasn't
long before chute started ripping
i tried changing angles but was same
i decided it had to go straight down to limit damage to chute to get job done
also zip ties broke so i used rope to tie them together
result great
all in all it did the job but it will not be able to do another one but was cheaper than hire is why i give 4 star

Did the job well and the lads who used it were so impressed they are taking it off me.

Great product, saves time and space compared to rigid chutes. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant bit of kit, easy to assemble and works very well, great value for money.

Good communication on delivery time, I bought it knowing there could be delays as its coming from the Netherlands. I wanted it to help with moving topsoil and sand to a lower level, 1 storey height, and it works perfectly, very strong and easy to locate (dealt with over 4tons and not damaged). Better/cheaper than renting a plastic section chute and I can roll it up and store it for future use easily.
Can't really fault it apart from the 4 clips are a little awkward to use getting the straps in, but I'll just leave them attached now anyway.

Delivery was slow as I'd ordered it bank holiday Friday and it cam the following Friday!, its easy to Assemble, and the ring and shoots are sturdy, used it out of a velux attic window on a 3 storey terrace, the rubbish got stuck quiet often, maybe due to the roof angle, but the more we put in it pushed it through, it's a great idea though.

Service was excellent, the funnel has started to split at two different anchor points though, I’m a little concerned that it’s not going to prove strong enough. I’ve only used it for one day. I wrapped a chain around the top as shown in the video, not sure exactly why the anchor points have not been able to take the strain. The plastic is quite thin though.

Given the price, we were expecting something that would perhaps last a while, but then get worn out quickly once given some hard jobs. We have only used this for a few hours but it's probably going to last forever. The material is thick and strong. The tabs and loops are very strong, although they are only holding up the chute itself, they should withstand anything trying to get out the wrong way! The aforementioned loops are, we believe, at 1m intervals meaning that we were able to perfectly align the end of the chute with the ground. The tabs also server as useful grips when guiding the chute, if it's a little windy. It saves so much time, if your rubbish isn't bagged or on the ground floor. We engineered a frame to open the top end, but, if this isn't your cup of tea, then a plastic opening would be the best idea.
The only, tiny, criticism is that it was folded when packed. This caused some (frankly funny) antics when trying to extend and open it up for the first time. A suggesttion would be to pack them rolled up. That said, it was only a minor inconvenience. Would we recommed this? Definitely, if you have everything else in place.

Quick dispatch and delivery was very efficient. However, the schute isn’t suitable for roof tiles. Lasted 10mins before getting holes in it. Probably more suitable for softer debris

Give it 1 star because I didn’t get the option for no stars. Paid for and order it on 12/2/21 it’s now 21/2/21 got a tracking number and it hasn’t moved for the last week . Promise 48hrs delivery. No doubt it will be covid 19 fault. I’m not impressed at all.
Still not recieved items. Tracking says cleared customs on 13/2/21 in transit 13/2/21. 5-7 working days delay?????? Still in transit. Still not impressed. I've done the job it was meant for. Can I have a refund please.Regards Hugh
