Franco was super understanding and helped me fix an accident - where I subscribed to annual but wanted a month initially. This saved me $500 - but hopefully we'll upgrade to annual in the future!

Super quick response times and friendly staff.
I had an issue with my payment method. Storyblocks' website has a quick ticket system, where I could see how long my request would take. A team member named Franco was able to help well before the suggested time. Franco was very polite, kind, and fixed my issue in no time. Hands down, this company has the best support team and response time. I will recommend their service to other friends and colleagues. 11/10
