Because I couldn't use the plugin

Because I couldn't use the plugin, I had to switch to the $360 plan. The customer service staff responded to me very quickly and helped me solve the problem. It was very fast and I was very happy.

Storyblocks has been working great for…

Storyblocks has been working great for me. There's a very variety of all sorts of useful things, the pricing is good, the licencing/copyright rules are simple and easy going.

Also, the customer support is very good and helpful. I didn't use their services for several months, and I forgot that the yearly subscription automatically renews, which I didn't notice until a couple of months after. I contacted the support, and told them my case, and gave me a full refund and cancelled my sub! I'll definitely be back once I'm in need of some stock material again. This is a very professional no bs type of company, that I highly recommend!

Useless support

Useless support, nosy salesman trying to push you, and then they lock your account "for your own protection" ignore you for 48 hours and of course that lost time is not reimbursed.

10/10 Customer Support

I upgraded to the Pro membership for a particular feature and unfortunately found that it didn't work as I expected for my workflow. Franco from the Storyblocks support team was friendly and helpful in assisting me with a refund, despite my decision to cancel my subscription.

It was a masterclass in customer service—responsive, understanding, and hassle-free. I truly value that in a company, and because of this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to return when I need their services again.

The customer service is very good

The customer service is very good. In particular, Franco's customer service skills are excellent, he is always quick to respond and sorts out issues quickly. I have been using Storyblocks for many years and this is mainly because of their superb team!

I accidentally chose annual billing…

I accidentally chose annual billing instead of monthly and it was over the weekend when customer service was closed. Franco was amazing!! He emailed me first thing Monday morning and issued a refund for the difference. It was easy, effortless and very fast on my end. Keep up the great work!!
