Amazing gadget to use as a reminder of your holiday

I ordered the 20 flag pack and absolutely love it! I ordered one day before they ran an offer for free engravings so I messaged on the off chance they might add them - they were brilliant and agreed to let me take advantage of the deal. The flags and keyring are great quality and the engravings make it such a unique accessory which will definitely make me travel more! It’s also great to know that some of the money goes to great charitable causes around the world. Will definitely be ordering more. Thank you!

I missed the engraving section when ordering so emailed them once payment had been made. They responded immediately and sorted the issue out before dispatching the items. Excellent customer service from Bhavesh.

I bought one of the key fobs and flags last year for my other half and have added to it for his birthday.
It's very easy to order , the quality is brilliant and the delivery is really quick.
They are good value for money , I haven't done the engraving yet but might do on my next purchases

My order of a starter ring with 15 flags was delivered fast and the quality is fantastic. In my case one of the flags was missing, we are all human and these things happen but this was sorted out swiftly once notified and Bhav, the founder agreed to send it with an order for an additional flag - which was received in 2 days. I look forward to adding additional flags when I visit more countries

Storyteller is great way of tracking and remembering your travels made even better with the option to have a memory engraved on the back of each flag, whilst contributing to help others less fortunate than ourselves.

This is the second key ring I have ordered. I like the fact they engrave a message in the reverse so that it is personal. They are great conversation pieces. Highly recommend as a special gift for someone.

Fantastic service as always from the storyteller team. I’ve got 26 flags now, each one of them are beautiful. I love collecting them knowing I’m supporting a small business and charities across the world. Can’t wait to add more to my collection!

Update - I’ve sadly had to amend this review as despite ordering in August 24 (it’s now January 25!) I’m still missing flags from my order 😔

Lovely keyring. Ordered for my son as a birthday gift. Dropped 1 star as asked for the pocket keyring but received the clip one.

Absolutely love this company and their products! My two new flags arrived really quickly.

In my opinion these flags cost a lot, above all because the front cover easy damag, but this is an idea that I like and I want to continue this collection and I can't find substitutes. Communication is very slow: I had a request about my order and first they sent it to me and after a week they replied to my email, after a few days they still didn't solve the problem
