I was a bit nervous to see whether my 83 year old mother could navigate the platform without constant frustration. She thrived once she got started and it resulted in an amazing keepsake. It was a bonding experience between us to work together gathering photos and completing the book. I wish I’d done this with my Dad before he passed, but am so thankful I was able to do this with my mom. The end result is a high quality book filled with treasured memories.

The opportunity to create a short written history of my experiences in life.
I gave books to my children and the grandkids.
Even though each story was not lengthy it let the grandkids know, I too, was once their age and had experienced some of the same things they now face.

It is very easy to use and it inspires me to tell more stories than just the weekly prompts.

My kids gave this to me for Christmas, 2024, and I've enjoyed answering each week's question. I'm currently doing final edits so I can order the book. Can't wait to see the final product!

Great service. Loved the final book. Great way to share stories. Would be nice if you had more control over the spacing in the stories and could put pictures side by side.

Remembering memories, and family things! People in my life, occupations, jobs, and my friends,and trying to be a good person. But we can not always please everyone hard lesson to learn! God has helped me so much in my life.

I gave this experience to my mom for Christmas and spent many hours over the next year recording her stories. It was a lot of work as I had to proofread and then rewrite her stories for which she'd used the voice to print option. IT WAS SOOOO WORTH THE TIME AND ENERGY!! She loved telling the stories and I loved hearing them. I even learned some new things about my 95 year old mom. We poured over photos to add to the book which was a ton of fun, too! I highly recommend this for parents or anyone who's got stories to tell. 😃

The finished product turned out ok but the process definitely wasn’t great. I didn’t like that some questions were tagged with a “requested by Raymond” as if my dad wanted to answer those questions. When I asked him about them (after adding them to the book) he said no, he knew nothing about that.
He didn’t like that he would jot down some ideas on a question so that he could come back and elaborate later, and he would get an email saying “congratulations! You’ve made a new entry”. He said the default emails were very insincere.
I didn’t understand why my dad got an email when finalizing the book asking for additional money. I believed that the payment I made at the beginning would cover the book. He never should have gotten that email. If anything, I should have. He paid an additional $50 for the book I asked him to do.
He reached out a few times with questions. One for example was how to get more than one photo on a page and he was told to find an app that allows you to make a collage and figure it out.

My daughter wrote the questions and I responded. This allowed me to detail some of my life stories!

I’m enjoying Storyworth. The questions are appropriate. The methodology helps me recall people, events and life’s gifts of days past.
The correction procedure is beneficial.

Easy, self-paced with thoughtful questions to answer. Printing of the actual book was quick and the book quality was good too. Give yourself plenty of time to think about the questions and answer them. You may have multiple answers to recall / share.

Great way to recollect and share key mileposts in life, and give a hat-tip to the people who made happen, acknowledge the people who made the struggles worthwhile, and to pay homage to the people for whom it was a labor of love!

I love the questions that come weekly and I love that after you write something it does a grammar and spelling check.

I liked the weekly reminders. I appreciated the proofread feature and suggestions. I think this is a great company! I am just sorry I could not get all of the stories done in time.

It is user-friendly and the questions are insightful as well as changeable if you have a better idea. I look forward to writing each story and can't wait to see the finished product! These are the stories you can remember now and they won't be lost in time. I highly recommend this satisfying experience.

There's nothing you can do, I just find it as another chore to add to my busy to do list. It's just not for me. I'm sure when I'm all done with the questions, going back proofreading it, adding photographs, making it perfect, and the book is ready to publish, I'm sure by then I'll be very glad I did it to leave to my daughter.

I enjoyed answering the questions and making a record for my daughter. It was fun reminiscing and I even got teary eyed from time to time. My sisters and I asked our parents to make a record for us, but this is a great way to do it bit by bit!!

It is a great company. and an opportunity to tell your stories to pass down to your family. Not only do they give you question to help your memory, but you also can make your own question depending on what you want to say. Plus you are able to send you story to anyone you would like by email. Best of all at the end you can have a beautiful book printed out to keep.
