NEVER use this company, any excellent reviews are probably fake. Answer phone full no more capacity for messages let alone trying to talk to anyone emails ignored. Ordered my order over a month ago and still waiting, wrote a review earlier and funny enough a Richard phoned me, still not got my order. NEVER use this company.

Dreadful - avoid! Goods never arrive. I believe the recent positive reviews are fake ones posted by the owner.
Have reported to trading standards.

I ordered a side glass for my Flavel Emberglow Classic BF fire on 1st February 2022. Size required by me was 290mm x 106mm. I selected this size, ordered and paid. I received an email acknowledgement stating 5 to 7 days delivery, this is due to seasonal delays and covid.. I received the item on 12th February 2022. The item was poorly packaged but found in good condition. Upon opening, I have received an item of 490mm x 265mm. I have emailed and called to no avail. This is unprofessional, impolite, and diplays blatant disrespect for the customer.

I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole!!…..they’re relying on their company name being ‘almost’ the same as Stoveglass Direct (that’s without the hyphen!), who are an excellent, reputable and reliable company!!

I ordered fire bricks and received glass, 30 phone calls with no pick up, sent emails and messages via website and no reply, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered glass before Christmas and 2 weeks later I had not received it or heard anything. Tried emailing and phone but no response. Read reviews on here and believed it to be a scam. Ordered the glass from company with the same name but no “-“ in the web address and the glass came from them within a few days. To my surprise the first order from this company did arrive then a month after I placed the order.

Order.ed glass 9th January. Money taken on that date. No glass by 25 January. So have cancelled order and asked for a refund. Paid by PayPal so have raised a dispute with them. I have now ordered the glass from Harworth Heating who had it in stock

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered stove rope and glue on 28th December and nothing has arrived. Spoke to a man at the company a few weeks ago who assured me the items were in stock and would be delivered within days, but still nothing. Now no reply to emails or phone and I've had to try to recover my payment through my bank. Will also report to Trading Standards as this con man is not fit to operate.

Please avoid this company. The order, taken in early January took 15 working days to arrive and was for a stove completely different to that quoted in the order. Trying to contact their customer service was impossible - 10 attempts by phone. Eventually, on a Monday morning, their answerphone file was completely full. No response from emails. They appear to be incompetent.

Ordered the glass on 27th Dec, glass eventually arrived today, 17th Jan.
I can understand why previous reviewers voiced their concerns of it being a scam, which it clearly isn't as my order has been completed, albeit a bit late.
So apart from the delay in competing the order and the lack of communication the company seems to be ok.

Happy with service provided firebricks for woodburner came as described and good quality

Ordered two replacement stove glass on the 11th December 2021 still have not received items have left numerous emails phoned and left messages numerous times and both not answered can’t get through to speak to anyone original email said shipstation was handling items to pass onto Hermes even provided tracking number for Hermes to never receive items still saying we’re expecting your parcel I would avoid this place

Been waiting 1 month - no parts and no contact. If you read the reviews this is very common. Save your money!

Ordered a piece of glass 19/12/21.
Not received. Email sent 02/01/21 no reply.
This is now being handled by our fraud team.

I ordered replacement stove glass on the 9th December. Two weeks later no product received and no communication from the company. I phoned and left a message (23rd Dec) but received no response. I did wonder if it was a seasonal problem and that they were simply inundated with orders. I then looked at the reviews out of curiosity and began to think that I too had been conned. I intended to put on a bad review after Christmas...... Out of the blue on the 29th the stove glass arrived, fitted easily and perfectly and we have enjoyed our wonderful multi fuel burner ever since. Thank you Stoveglass for eventually coming up with the goods. A little brushing up on the communication element of your business would have enabled me to give more stars. Caz

Really no stars. Absolute con merchants. Take money and don’t deliver glass. Don’t answer emails, don’t pick up phone. I’m reporting them to trading standards and whatever else I can do.

Fake site. They provide a Hermes tracking number that is false. They don’t answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. Beware of these crooks.

This person has done exactly the same to me will not answer nothing i canceled the order of £51.67 week later i had an email from worldpay that i would receive £13.95 refund not good enough i want the rest of it £37.72 I'm on your case mister.
