Did not meet advertised standards!
Delivery was fine but within a couple of days of installation, near by he burners we frequently use, the product popped up and doesn’t go back down. This affects the advertised protection greatly. We have filed a complaint with you and sent pictures. Update: Stove Guard has contacted me via email and informed me that they are sending a replacement! Let us see if that holds up!

I have not received my purchase of stove guard pro, model 184, ordered on October 5, 2025. My current statement for the credit card shows I was charged. Your email has been the only contact I have received regarding my order. The other emails I have received from Stove Guard have been ads for products they sell.

Did not fit properly used for 1 week…
Did not fit properly used for 1 week and it melted and curled up. They have yet to answer 4 weeks later. Customer service is non existent. I had to charge back with my bank to get my money back. They may have a warranty but they don't have anyone to talk to about it.
