Men arrived on time and were polite. Got on with the job with no fuss and made very little mess and cleaned up before they left. Showed us how to best light and use the stove. Stove looks good and works better as we learn how to control it.

Andrew fitted us into his busy schedule which was so good of him. He had to renew all the pipework up through the middle of the house together with a new log burner. Both Andrew & his team did the whole lot in a day & were clean & efficient. Would thoroughly recommend The Stoves Man - fantastic job!

We took note of the advice from Andrew over stove choice for a replacement for our aging Effel wood burner. We eventually came to the same conclusion and placed our order after a survey. Again, Andrew spot on with fitting requirements/replacement chimney liner and a chimney pot change. All work completed competently and without any mess, despite having a new cream carpet, very pleased! The final result looks and fits the hearth perfectly. It also heats the room a treat! Would definitely recommend Andrew and his team.

After visiting the showroom and then meeting Andrew for initial survey and quotation we had no hesitations on having him do the job , in fact we cancelled other appointments booked for quotations .
We were not disappointed he turned up on time and done everything that we had requested. Liner was slightly tricky as stove flue in different place to our 21 year old stove but this proved no problem for Andrew and his team .
We had a slight technical hitch which I rang Andrew about and as true to his word came and within minutes knew the problem and rectified it . It’s a new eco AgaEC 5 and despite us deciding on the larger stove because we liked the large glass window we find it just perfect for our small 14x12 ft room due to it being easy to control .
It’s not just the quotation and installations that need to be considered but more so the confidence in the person and his after service if there are any questions or problems.

I am willing to send a picture of the stove if you would like to show other customers. Ours is not a grand room with a designer fireplace but a moderate 1930s terraced house lounge with a fire place we already had but it looks great and it’s updated the room . We now have a chimney liner( and ECO STOVE) and HETAS compliance certification so that alone has put value on in our property . Many thanks .

We had a very good service, Andrew and Paul who fitted our multi burner were very helpful, honest with what was required and efficient, their workmanship was good and they left the working area clean once work completed. They were very nice and considerate to us whilst in the house working. We love our burner.
