I asked for a lever on the widget off…
I asked for a lever on the widget off my stove. They identified the stove brand from a photograph, worked out, which replacement lever and bolt I required and had it in the post within 24 hours. Fantastic, and very friendly, service.

Stove Supermarkey is a very reliable company.
My latest purchase was marked as out of stock when I bought it but with an estimated delivery time of two to three weeks. Almost three weeks to the day later the items were delivered.
I have used Stove Supermarket in the past and will not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Helpful, prompt friendly communication, quality stove components, very competitive price, any problem (not their fault - carrier damage) instantly sorted out, next day postage at no extra cost. Shout out to Rich who the company should be proud of for his exemplary customer service. All round, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Stove is as good as new. Will definitely be using in the future. Very highly recommended.

Good quality items
Delivered on time. Exactly what was ordered. Seems good quality although it would have been better if the stove rope included some rope tape also the packaging could have been better as when it arrived it was starting to break up.

The only complaint I have is that the delivery price was not shown until after I had purchased my fire grate. Consequently I paid more for delivery than I did for the grate. Needless to say I will not be using your services again.
