Having a Garmin I was worried that I wouldn’t find any straps to switch my original band with after it became discoloured. Not only does Strapify have Garmin bands, but they also have different, colours fabric and prints and when I put in an enquiry for exchange on a band they replied quickly and organised very easily for me. Recommend this company to anyone!!

The incorrect item was shipped but the Strapify were very responsive and helpful in arranging a replacement order and return postage.

The website was easy to navigate based on what I wanted and I liked that they ensured you got the right product by adding details on checkout - helpful!

I selected my watch - epix gen 2 51mm. Their watch selector showed the correct watch. When searching in this context it shows products that are not compatible i.e. fenix silicone watch face cover. They have an email that asks if this is correct after the order is placed. I replied to their email querying due to the fact I selected the correct model and this being a search result. They did not reply - I received an incompatible product. Their customer service response was dismissive, unhelpful and condescending.

Bought a silicone watch strap to replace a garmin one id had for 5 years - wore it in a tidal pool once (no waves) and my garmin was never to be seen again. The strap had a buckle closure and two strap loops/ keepers to hold it in place. I think the strap detached where it "secures" to the watch face itself. If you want to buy pretty bands from this site for non-exercise use, then maybe its fine, but absolutely not if you want to swim/exercise and lose the entire watch.

Great quality watch straps. Looked just like the picture on the website. Very friendly and helpful customer service, who were happy to exchange my watch strap as it didn't look good with my watch. Will shop again.

I have purchased several Apple bands, all of them have been easy to attach. The bands are comfortable to wear and look great. I love the bands so I keep on buying more.

Great selection of straps. I ordered a couple of watch straps for my Fenix 6x and received them 3 days later. Would definitely recommend strapify for future strap buyers

Awesome service from Sam, the customer service manager. I bought some connectors to change a galaxy strap to an Apple Watch strap and they didn’t fit. Within 24hrs, Sam had replied and sent a new set to me. The second set fit perfect! It was also very easy to change the connectors. Not sure why the first ones didn’t fit, but I don’t really care as it was rectified so quickly!

Sam from customer service was brilliant! I received the wrong product and she re-sent the correct one without any hassle on my end. Lovely to see some smiley faces in the email as well :)
