When I realised I had ordered the incorrect watch band my order was already on its way. They had responded quickly to let me know how to do an exchange. When received I filled out the exchange form & sent back & awesome customer service had a rely next day. Easy to deal with will continue to use Strapify with future purchases. I recently bought the Milano watch strap from Strapify. To be honest I found it very fiddly to attach it to my watch, (not the best attachment mechanism) and was seriously thinking about returning it. I sent a message to Strapify asking for help on how to attach it and Sam replied with a short video on how to do it. Although it was still not easy to attach and still a very fiddly process, I managed to get it on after a while. While I can't say I will buy another one with this particular mechanism (the one showed on their website is the same attachment as my original Samsung watch, which is a simple push to click on and push button to remove, no fiddling required) Sam was very helpful and for that I am thankful and the stars are for him.

I have ordered a few times now through Strapify and have found the whole experience to be excellent. From searching the product list and finding the band that matches my watch type, through the tips and traps guide to getting the right watch band (a place where size really does matter) through to receiving my shipment in a timely manner with regular updates, I would recommend Strapify to anyone and will defiantly use them again. I have had the new watch band for my Garmin since September 2024 and find it extremely comfortable. I wear my watch 24/7.
Strapify have been very helpful and on time.
