I've just completed the 3 hour starter strategy package with Natasha and I'm really pleased with the process and the outcome. I've known Natasha for a while and she always speaks from experience and with great authority (and humour) drawing on her corporate marketing experience. The three hour process is focused, fast paced with clear outcomes. If you're looking for a fluffy session this isn't for you. Natasha will challenge you constructively and help you refocus your business, creating a clear three year plan giving you the confidence to let go of distractions and focus with clarity on the future. I've experienced some very average coaching elsewhere, so it was very refreshing to have such a positive experience. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Starter Package, one-one consultation with Natasha – Strategy Doctor in May 2021. This was split over two sessions across two weeks. I’ve had the experience of working in Strategy and felt I had a clear direction of where to take my own company. However, setting out on my own I found myself digressing and chasing my tail for some weeks. I was making things too complicated, and my company offering was just not clear. This is when I got in touch with the Strategy Doctor and really should have done so sooner.

Firstly, working with Natasha, there is no hard sell, just complete support and genuine interest to help your business succeed. Natasha is incredibly talented, able to communicate in a range of ways but also turn the complex into simplicity. That is experience! and bags of it!

The process was efficient and thought-provoking. In the first session (on reflection) we covered a huge amount with Natasha writing up and sharing a really clear but simple summary. This covered several areas about my business such as “The What, Why, Who” & “The How” also my business model, ways of working.
I had some homework for the next session that I booked in a week or so later. This covered a deeper dive into customers, sectors/ industry’s, backed up with purpose and a host of key areas, that resulted in the output from Natasha with a Strategy for my company on a page. Simply, clear, but achievable Key initiatives, areas to support, the must-do pieces, a headline strategy, among others.
