Natasha's 2 hour strategy webinar is really worthwhile whatever size your business is and whatever stage you're at. She has some great questions to help you get clearer on your business, explains it in a very accessible way and I particularly appreciated that she gives examples to illustrate what she is saying. If you have ever felt unclear about what to look at to create a good strategy or want to review what you have in place, Natasha is the go-to person. An added rare bonus, she finished on time to the minute :). Thanks for an information rich and packed two hours Natasha.

I had the pleasure to hear Natasha during an internal leadership meeting, and I have to say it was one of the best speakers sessions I’ve been to. She is engaging, insightful and helpful while delivering her messages and answering all questions. I felt completely identified with her shared-experiences and examples. It was an excellent presentation!

I attended a Strategy webinar by Natasha Bye and it was one of the best one hour I spent on a webinar, as I walked away with so many take-aways and clarity about what strategy meant for me and my consulting business.
Definitely recommend a visit to the Strategy doctor if you want some clarity on your goals and how to get there.

Great performance including excellent connections to our current status quo. Customer Experience as the shared purpose together with capabilities like curiosity and openness will help OPEX built stronger partnerships. Very much liked the good level of wit and humor as well. Great. Many thanks. Pieter van der Meulen, Astellas
Tash helped with a major transformation project working across Europe. Tash took the initiative to truly understand the needs of the audience, spending time with key individuals. She then created tailored content that the team could translate into their daily working lives. The total audience for the project was over 100 with the majority having English as a second language yet Tash managed to connect with them on a very personal level and to give them concrete takeaways that they can use immediately. The feedback on Tash from the team has been unanimously positive. I am so glad that Tash could work with us - she was amazing!!
Natasha is brilliant. I enjoyed developing my strategy with her help. If you are looking to develop a clear business strategy, Natasha is the person.

I attended Natasha's 9 questions to building strategy and I was impressed by her delivery. She made strategy easy to understand and broke it down to its simplest form which helped my co-founder and I develop our own strategy. Natasha has other services she offers to startups that help wit the first steps towards making an idea come to life. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing that initial boost to developing strategy and getting an idea off the ground.
Tash's session was to motivate the sales team as well as ensuring that they as individuals make a difference and that our brand is key. Tash embraced the challenge with humour, compassion and really hit the mark. She ensured that the team was engaged by making the webex interactive and relevant to the audience and therefore landing the messages well. thank you.

I joined Strategy Doctor's free strategy session for small businesses in the early stages of setting up my own company. I was slightly cautious that it may be a hard-sell for buying services but it wasn't like that at all. With so many things to think about and so many plates spinning, it was great to have some time out to step back and reflect on the landscape and the bigger picture in a way that helped me to focus. It was a refreshing, simple and clear way to frame the thinking I needed to do in a way that made it all feel much less of a challenge.

I attended the webinar on 9 Questions to Build Your Strategy last week, and I am so pleased that I did. As I am currently in transition from employment to self-employment, I haven’t fully worked out the direction of my fledgling business, or even if I can make it profitable. This session was pitched perfectly at my level. It gave me 9 questions to think about, to help me decide on which direction to take, in order to make my business a success. I thoroughly enjoyed this thought-provoking webinar, and took a lot from it. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a little help on how to improve their business strategy. Many thanks for an informative and fun session!

Attended the 9 Questions To Build Your Strategy Webinar yesterday.
Brilliant session where Natasha clearly and concisely introduces you to a framework to use for building a strategy for your company.
Natasha makes the hour fly past with her engaging style, funny anecdotes and wealth of experience to call on to answer any questions and give concrete examples.
I highly recommend the webinar if you are looking to build a strategy from scratch or, as was in my case, looking to revisit my company strategy.
After only 1 hour you will have the foundations you need to start the process in a structured way and without getting hung about whether you are capturing a vision statement or any type of corporate jargon!

I highly recommend this webinar to anyone starting up their own business. Really useful, food for thought and clear messaging. No jargon which I really appreciated.
