There are a plethora of Training resources within our Industry - good, bad and ugly. The Strategy Finishing School however is great. It caters for all levels, and all learning styles - a structured class-by-class graduation, or a dip in, dip out wealth of useful tools and frameworks. I flirted with the investment in becoming a member for far too long, now I use the system religiously. Julian and the community are incredibly open and transparent with real-world problems and practical advice and solutions. Highly recommend.

I've always struggled as a strategist to find the resources to learn more about the job, other than learning from mentors or learning on the job (Even though the feedback wasn't always laid out concretely), as a strategist you have to start from scratch.

I even remember the day I interviewed for my first job in strategy, googled it and found almost nothing useful. This is all to say that Strategy Finishing School has been a breath of fresh air and a concrete way to shape my ideas, be more structured at my job and most importantly grow, learn and understand how to get better at what I do.

Really thorough course. Allowed someone who had been working in account management for the majority of my career to gain the confidence to transfer into strategy without on-the/job training. The amount of content and resources that you can use is also really beneficial! Definitely would recommend!
