I have been working with Strato pay for several months now, i could not be happier they are the most professional customer service oriented and their rates are plain UNBEATABLE, funds available same day as promised, my agent Starr is the best of the BEST, the one and only factoring company i will dare to recommended and write a review for. Renee Hines made several calls before the effective date and real about everything. Even after the change I can call her and she is on it. I’ve been with 2 previous factors and in my first 2 weeks here I can say way better than anything I’ve experienced. Love the tank card Thanks

Strato Pay is an amazing factoring company. We took a chance on them just like they took a chance on us and I have to say I am glad that we took a leap of faith. Mrs. Renee has been a Godsend and a definite pleasure to work with. She has been willing to answer and explain everything in detail. I wish that we would have signed up with them sooner BUT am glad that we are using them for our factoring company. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company that puts their carriers first.

Been using this Factoring company for a while now and I gotta say that I'm very pleased with the service! Depending on the time I send my rate con and invoice I'll receive a payment the same day or next. Starr Wallace who is my representative is awesome for the fact that she explained everything clearly, made the sign up process so easy, and check in every so often!
