We had never used a Factoring company in our 12 years of business, but Strato Pay was recommended by a friend at another trucking company. It was so easy to get started and everyone there has been so great to work with. We just wished we had starting factoring with Strato Pay sooner!

Brian &Renee were very easy to work with getting set up. I was a little reluctant at first since they all work remotely but they were all very easy and patient. Looking forward to working with them.

Brian was great and thorough. Even though I wasn't the easiest to get along with in the beginning they were very professional and nice. The service has been awesome with my ACH's going into my bank on the same day sometimes! Thanks Brian for having the patience to deal with me and my anxiety and concerns!! You guys are the best!!

Mark has been very helpful in the transition from TAFS. I have had many questions and probably repeated myself 1000 times after the experience I had with TAFS and not wanting to deal with that again. I haven't factored anything yet due to other circumstances but they have been awesome with my buyout and transition in general so far. I look forward to working with them.

I came over to Strato Pay from truckstop, and I could not be happier. Mark made the transition very easy and is even easier to work with. There are no hidden fees and the money I’m saving on fuel with the fuel card is paying for my factoring fees, and then some.

I recently had an issue with double brokering situation. The back office went above and beyond to help me get that all figured out. Without asking questions, they made several phone calls from their end figured out who the original broker was got payment stopped to the scammers and was able to get me in touch with the original broker. Because of there hard work I was able to get paid for the load I delivered. Thank you for that!!

Can't say enough positive things about this company. They helped me with an absolute nightmare of a situation getting away from TAFS as my factoring company, and I've been with them for what must be over two years now. Fast, easy to work with, no hidden fees, I'd recommend Strato Pay to EVERYONE. You guys want to work with them, they are the right choice for freight brokerages ANYWHERE - I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I was signed up with strato pay for a year. I just got into Expediting last year. When I received my DOT. I was hit with alot of call about factoring. I spoke with Brian. He had alot of patience. I had alot of questions. I get paid on time rate is excellent. No extra charge to leave. I don't think you are going anywhere wants you signed up and speak to Brian.

It was a simple and quick process getting set up. Brian was very patience and explained there process in great detail. We're off to a great start!!

Mark at Stratopay was extremely helpful and communicated great throughout the whole process.
