Superb service - Efficient - On time
Rang them on a very busy Saturday night in the middle of Manchester.
The operator was extremely helpful and we a cab immediately.
The driver was ever so friendly and chatted the whole journey home.
Excellent all round service.
I would recommend to anyone.

Hopeless
Hopeless! Booked return trips to airport. Tried using app but didn’t work so booked by phone. Outward journey, driver drove too fast, felt unsafe. Return was a nightmare. Automated phone system tried to connect me with driver on poor mobile connection. Tool 15 mins to find him. Have used Streetcars for 5 years but this is last time!

Very unpleasant journey
Very unpleasant journey, noticed car vearing slightly, I looked in the driver's rear view mirror and noticed his eyes closed, then he would open them, this happened a few times, on 2 occasions he was holding the left side of his head, when we reached our destination I asked the driver had he been on duty all night to which he replied no, I suggested he go home and have a sleep, to which he replied ok.
