So far I had very bad experiences with agencies, but I met ADEM a very young man who helped me and my family with the whole renting process.
He is very friendly and he explained everything to us.

Shannay and Kirsten are both superb.
Shannay was attentive in her efforts to find me a property which suited my need. She always called back or sent a follow-up email when appropriate.
Kirsten was also very polite, pleasant, and patient. When showing me around the properties, at no time did Kirsten make me feel as if I was being forced to take any of them. Based on how she interacted, I am of the view that she understood the type of property I require. Both ladies are still helping me with further property searches, and I have no doubt that with their help I will be successful.
Well done ladies - a credit to Streets Ahead.
