StrengthShop Doesn’t Skip Delivery Day

Ordered a kettlebell from StrengthShop late Sunday night, fully expecting the usual “we’ll get to it eventually” energy… but nope — these legends had it at my door by Wednesday afternoon 🤯
Not only was it ridiculously fast, but the kettlebell arrived in absolutely pristine condition — like it had been lovingly escorted the whole way. I’m half convinced it trained on the journey over.
Top-tier service, speedy delivery, and gear that’s ready to outlift me 💪 10/10 would trust StrengthShop with my gains again!

I wanted a daisy chain for a dip belt

I wanted a daisy chain for a dip belt, confusingly there were two one at £12:99 pictured without carabiners, and another pictured with, I ordered the competition final rep version at £14:99 pictured with carabiners. When it arrived there were no carabiners it didn't matter as I had two already, but I emailed just to query it. I received an email back generally polite and helpful but for the middle paragraph which said " the carabiners only came if you bought the full package including the dipping belt, they are pictured on the strap for display purposes only, which is stated on the page on the website", so I went back to the page and at this point, it actually says nothing about carabiners being included or not and it certainly doesn't state " for display purposes only" regarding the carabiners.
I am not actually complaining about the carabiners I've bought a packet of snap hooks for £5 so I'm set up now, not am I complaining about the product which is excellent. This is about having the focus of blame shifted onto me for not reading the webpage correctly, after which was really their mistake.

I shan't be returning to strength shop any time soon.

Amazing customer support & world class products

I have been purchasing a lot of powerlifting equipment from the Strength Shop and trust them with my training.
Last year, I was looking for the Thor Roller, which was out of stock. When I reached out to customer support, they helped me backorder, answered all my questions & kept me updated on its progress every step of the way. Big shoutout to Katie M & Reece for their excellent customer service and care.

Customer Experience

Ordered two shipments. Both processed on time and dispatched quickly. One shipment was partially filled by the curier and some contents lost. Called Chris from customer service - the most friendly, helpful and even funny operator I have met. Quickly resolved the issue, replacement processed immediately, and overall great experience. Squat shoes and ez curl bar package also high quality and sturdy!

Excellent customer service

A+ Customer Service

I ordered a large 3" double prong belt, quick delivery, good quality belt but the sizing was a bit off for me (bit big). Contacted the Strength Shop and they sent out a different size belt for me to try free of charge along with a returns label. Fantastic customer service and communication!

Strength Shop review

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is definitely an exception. I ordered weightlifting shoes for my son’s birthday and, due to unforeseen circumstances, there was a delivery mix-up. I contacted the company and Reece and Chris were the epitome of professionalism. They quickly corrected the mistake, and I received the shoes within a week. It’s easy to praise a company when everything goes as planned, but how issues are handled really shows their true standards. This experience shows exactly why they’ve won — and proudly advertise — their awards. Thank you so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company. Great customer service

I had an issue with my Nike Romaleos 4…

I had an issue with my Nike Romaleos 4 weightlifting shoes after 6 months of use due to a manufacturing issue. Strength shop had been very helpful and asked me to outline the issues. Within a week, they had agreed to send me a replacement pair free of charge. The whole process was very easy with great customer service.

Great products, great service

Great products for training, regardless of your fitness and/or experience. Customer service is fantastic. Following a problem with a lever belt I had purchased for my wife the customer service rep had resolved it within hours of raising the problem. A trustworthy, reliable company I would definitely buy from again and thoroughly recommend.

I put an order in from Northern Ireland…

I put an order in from Northern Ireland and this company emails me to say that if I'm using the clothing outside the UK they can't sell it to me 😂
They'll be looking us to undress at the border soon 😂
Hard to believe, but true.
There's nothing like destroying your own business.
The Windsor Framework isn't being mentioned by other businesses, so well done to them,I could have lied, but I decided they don't deserve the money I spend on gym equipment.
So I ordered from another UK company with no issues.
There's plenty of EU companies that are glad of the money too.

When we had contacted you, you had initially confirmed the information requested and then subsequently advised to cancel and refund your order, which we did.

I can only apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by us contacting you to confirm this information.

The Windsor Framework was put in place off the back of Brexit and is UK Government legislation whereby companies sending products to Northern Ireland must confirm that the goods are for use and will remain within Northern Ireland.

The reason for this is due to some people ordering to Northern Ireland and then moving goods across the border, which would effectively be tax avoidance, since the VAT rate in the Republic of Ireland is higher than that of the UK.

We must ask, confirm and retain the information requested in the event of a Government audit.

Unfortunately we cannot comment on how other companies operate and deal with the Windsor Framework, whether or not they contact their customers to confirm this would be at their own discretion.

I hope this helps clarify why we had to contact you to confirm this information.

Rusty belt

Ordered a lever belt and it came with a rusty lever. So much so, one screw would not come out. Katie in CS was fantastic. A new one was sent out...also covered in rust and in a beaten-up box.
I'd expect more from what is supposed to be a more premium brand.

They seriously need to sort out their stores/warehouse, as I've seen a few reviews mentioning similar issues with rust.

I had a really insignificant issue with the belt I received. I was so impressed with the response - extremely quick and issue resolved within hours. I also needed some advice and, again, this was received promptly, professionally and in a way that was easy to understand. Combined with an outstanding product, I really couldn't be more impressed.

Excellent customer service

I ordered several items and they all arrived in good time. The smelling salts bottle was unfortunately cracked - only visible upon opening the packet, perhaps damaged in transit - while all other items were in perfect condition. I messaged via email and received an immediate response with offer of a replacement, actioned straight away. Grateful for the excellent customer service! Thanks
