Didn’t say there was a shuttlebus to the place
We arrived to the Airport, but we couldn’t find the Del Paso care hire, because is was outside of the airport, and they didn’t wrote we had to take a Shuttlebusser, så we took a taxi over there, but after this experience, everything went well

Their premium insurance is via third party and not one from stressfreecarrental is there to help except providing the contract details already known. The moment you need help with the claims they are all disappeared.
The step by step guide is misleading. I have tried to phone them and was waiting on the waiting line over an hour and still can't speak to anyone. Customer support from the stressfreecarrent even worse, their reply timeline is in hours.

I completely understand that having to pay an excess can be frustrating, particularly when you are already dealing with the circumstances surrounding the claim.
As my colleague explained in their response to you yesterday, the excess would still need to be paid in accordance with the terms of your policy. However, you may be able to claim the cost of the excess back through your insurance provider, depending on the circumstances of the claim and the cover available under your policy.
