In my experience, this has been the roughest customer service I’ve dealt with in my 8 years of coaching. The platform started off with a lot of bugs, and to be fair, it did improve over time. But once the one support person who was actually helpful left, things went downhill fast.
I went through weeks with no replies to tickets, and several emails were never answered. During that period, I had to deal with Stephen, who was in a senior role at the company at the time, and my interactions with him were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Based on how I was treated, I personally wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I’m sharing this so others know what they might be walking into.
