Honestly don't know what all of these bad reviews are about. I think they are just people who don't pay attention when they purchase something. Must be the ones who return 7/10 items they buy. Strikin... See more

Have been very impressed with this companies website builder for some time now. I design and build websites on behalf of a number of clients in my area and have actually migrated some over to their platform. It is extremely straightforward to use and yep Id give it a 4 stars: Great rating and I will continue to use them as well.

Facebook 2 page tool didn't work out

Didn't like your Facebook-to-website tool, sorry: I've got pics, I've got descriptions, but most parts of a template are still staying default after using this tool. For example, you get Gallery block, but there're no pictures - though they're public on Facebook. That was a pity(

I used wordpress and got so fed up of it, I moved to Strikingly Pro. The support team are fantastic- Leo, Ron, Paulo and the rest. Every single issue I have had they've resolved with patience! The website templates are gorgeous and given the fact you can get three PRO sites is a bonus. There's tons of extras and you can add HTML and all sort of apps. Highly recommended!!!

Have been overcharged and misled at least 4-5 times

Strikingly has CONSISTENTLY mis-charged me or re-charged me for services I was already paying for. Having paid for a Pro Monthly account just 9 days ago, when I tried to remove the Strikingly logo from the footer of my site, Strikingly indicated that my account was Limited not Pro. It also charged me $25 for a custom domain, which is supposed to be covered in my Pro membership.

Good luck getting in touch with anyone in person to ensure that you have been refunded and that your account is in order. It is literally impossible.

I am not kidding, I have had so many problems with this company, I can't even begin to explain them here.

STAY AWAY!

Can't do attitude

Absolutely consistently the worst customer service I've ever experienced, a real can't do attitude, in comparison I'll compare to Shopify who I've used consistently and their sister company ShopPad who have given me possibly the best customer service in the industry.

Looks good on the surface only!

I agree that the design and usability of these site is really good. However, the customer service from them is less than good in my opinion. They appear to have no other way of communicating than email! When you are trying to explain potentially complicated issues then email is not always the best option. Then every email you send, it takes them 24 hours to respond! In this day and age with free phone services like Skype there is no excuse not to talk to customers over the phone.

Good, but there's also room for improvement

Pros: the site itself is very usable. It's very easy to get a website up and running and have it look good. They actually do live up to their claims about gorgeous mobile optimized sites in minutes.

Cons: A lot of the customization features require paying, but I feel like their packages are overpriced for the needs of people who want just a personal site.
