I recently refinanced my house and I really liked working with the Strong Home Mortgage team. My agent was Robert Hume and he was honest since the initial conversation and very transparent throughout the closing process. I was able to do a notary in-house closing, which saved me a lot of time on traffic. The only thing, which might not be in the hands of SHM, was the appraiser, which he did not do a very good job unfortunately. Overall smooth process, in time, and very transparent.

Great responsiveness, clear step by step updates and instructions, very competitive rate and fees, moved from application to final approval and closing in just over two weeks including the appraisal. I've nothing but praise for Strong Home Mortgage.
