Disappointing
I appreciate that New Years Eve was a busy night, but despite putting in a pre-order (3 weeks in advance) for our party of 15, I still had to wait until everyone else had finished their meal before I received my pizza. Also, despite having several conversations 3 weeks earlier to ensure there would be GF options for 2 of our party, on the night we were told differently (no chips for example) with very few options.

Firstly, thanks for getting in touch to raise this issue with us. Getting consistent feedback is hugely important for us in identifying possible improvements we stand to make.
I'm sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the wait-time on one of the pizzas, we do our absolute best with our pre-orders to ensure everything gets sent at the same time, but this time it looks like we've had a problem in doing so. As you've mentioned, NYE was a very busy day/evening and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Was this issue with one of the pizzas included in the pre-order, or was it ordered separately on arrival? Typically our kitchen team will have already started making up the pre-order on arrival, so this could have been a possible reason for this.
In regards to GF options, I'll be certain to pass on your comments to our head chef and see if we can do some work to improve our offering. In regards to our fries, whilst the product itself is gluten free we're always careful to make sure our team know that we can't guarantee a 100% gluten free dish, this is down to the possibility of contamination in a busy working kitchen, and making sure we keep coeliacs and vulnerable people as safe as we possibly can by making sure our staff effectively communicate this to all of our guests.

Great place with SO MANY EVENTS
Great place with SO MANY EVENTS. They bring in the community. I do not even drink beer so I could not speak to that but I go and work there in my laptop sometimes. It is a nice change of scenery. We eat there and attend events. It is a community staple in Stroud. Tours, classes, game nights, comedy nights. Products are sold locally too.
