This company is not legitimate at all! It’s publishing fake information online about an August 2025 cost of living payment from the government. I have reported them to the relevant authorities.

3 months, no response no update, sweet!

Just to add to all the reviews. This is a scam site, the item never arrived and zero communication to emails. I am now starting a chargeback through my bank!

This company is a scam! Don’t ever order from them

Ordered from them around the 25th of january.
Its been almost 2 months, I still haven't received my mousepad nor heard any response from the 3 emails I sent them more than 1 month ago.
Very sad that it had to come out like this, I really liked the design. I guess I just got scammed for 30€.
Order from somewhere else.

Got scammed filed a dispute on Revolut which was refunded. I suggest all do the same when the product was not send to you. Money will be refunded at least on Revolut

its been 2 weeks since i ordered a mousepad with £3 extra for 2 day shipping and i haven't heard anything. i've sent 2 emails asking for details about anything and they never respond. i bought from them as my friend received a good one a year ago but now they seem to have just become scammers. its £30 down the drain. do not buy from them

made an order of custom XXXL mouse pad for my wife with my wife's name on it on February 18 and strumace went full silence since then. even their SMM guy from reddit.

it's hilarious how those guys spent money on ads on reddit and literally can't produce their main product after that.

What in the 🐶💩 is going on like I ordered a custom mouse mat 34 days ago and have hardly heard or got any updates.
Got the first on the 17th of Jan when order was confirmed, then another on the 11th of Feb with a tracking number, that it was on its way and nothing since then. Tried getting through to customer support with not much luck with them saying
We will respond back to you at our earliest convenience. Their earliest convenience is no existence as it's more like their no-existent convenience. It has to be a scam or has Strumace stopped production like never had any problems with other places for products like this that seem way more dodgy.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and not received anything. I have contacted them on multiple occasions with no response.

Updated: It has been about 4 months since ordering and I have still not received the item I ordered.

Having just sent over an email after hearing nothing about my order for weeks, just thought I’d check out the Trustpilot reviews… yikes. Looks like nothing is operational with them presently. Luckily bought on a credit card so will attempt to claim my money back that way.

Ordered 16th of Jan, It's currently the 7th of Feb (22 Days). I have not received the mousepad ordered and no response from the email account "info@strumace[.]com".

This is a 100% scam, don't order

I ordered a mousepad on the January 4th and i still havent received anything not even a single reply for their non existent customer service so yeah if you a mousepad or anything go somewhere else

Have used Strumace numerous times in the past without a problem, excellent products etc. But unfortunately like other recent reviews the latest order has been nothing but problems. Ordered x10 XXL custom printed mouse pads as promotional gifts only to have zero contact since the order receipt email. All subsequent emails have been ignored, after 30 days still waiting for delivery. Hoping I can claim the £300 back via VISA.

Purchased a mouse mat and some artwork on the 12th of January. Chased up via email on the 21st of January as I had, had no shipping information. Order status still just said “order placed” it’s now the 4th of February and as yet I’ve had no reply to my email and still not received my order. Disappointed and out of pocket.

Throwing my hat into the ring here and adding to the non-existent customer service argument. Ordered an XL Mousepad on the 11th Jan, asked customer service for a tracking ref / any info on the 18th and am now processing a refund via PayPal as of the 2nd Feb as still no sign of it / indication of arrival.

Edit 27/02 - I did finally receive the product. Print quality and materials are good - just a shame it took 6 weeks to get here with absolutely no correspondence from Strumace about it

The product arrived later than expected.
Wanted to exchange my order to a larger size (which is an option they claim to provide on their website), but they just won't reply to any of my emails (after well over a month).
Customer care is just non-existent. A real shame because the product is decent.

Ordered on 7th Jan for a birthday present. Have heard nothing since. It seems from Reddit they have an issue with their printing machine currently and there are only 2 people doing everything, so that explains the lack of communication. Hope I get the mousemat soon.

It's now 29th Feb and still no mousemat or comms from the company. So disappointed. Will reclaim my money back via VISA if nothing happens in the next week.

Ordered from these guys before checking reviews! My mistake. £30 down the drain no response from the company no progression on my order. Think it was a startup and they have just given up now. Do not order, you will not get what you want and will only lose money.

I ordered a 80x30 mouse mat with one of their designs on the 5th of January paid for 1-2 delivery as well. Tracking it through shop and all it says over and over again is order placed. I don’t believe the mat will come and I don’t believe I will get any money back.

Avoid this place at all costs to save time and effort.
