Highly Recommend
Excellent service on our return trip from Manchester Airport. Our luggage was very delayed on our return trip but we kept in constant touch with the driver. We had arrived BA into the closed terminal 3 but we then had to walk to terminal 1 to meet our driver. He was waiting for us, cheerful and very helpful. Highly recommend this service

Didn't end up needing the ride, but the the customer service was outstanding.
Four star review even though we never ended up riding with STS cars! The customer service was excellent. I live in the US and my family is back in Leeds. Due to a missed flight, we got booked onto a flight to Manchester. I found STS cars online and was easily able to book what the size of car needed for three people and three bags. The quote to take us from Manchester Airport to North Leeds (90 minutes) was a fair price. I was impressed that the company used Whats App to text and confirm the ride. While en route to Manchester we got delayed in the US and were able to rebook onto a Leeds flight. The driver from STS cars called me soon after to confirm the Manchester pick up and I was able to explain that it was no longer needed. We had prebooked with the "pay on the day" option so there was no issue there. Four star review, because we never got to experience the actual pick up and drive experience, but the booking system, communication and follow through was excellent!

Brilliant drivers, nothing too much trouble. Helped get guests to my daughters wedding perfectly. They were flexible and patient and very good value. Vehicles were clean and modern. 5 Stars

We had a brilliant experience. Amir kept and eye on our flight, and managed to arrive a full half an hour earlier than booked when the flight landed early. He was friendly, efficient and so helpful. Highly recommend!

Reliable and reasonable company.
I was very impressed with STS cars. The driver was polite and on time and contacted me before the arrival time to say he was on his way which was very reassuring as we had a train to catch. Would highly recommend.

Our driver was incredibly helpful
Our driver was incredibly helpful, took care to keep in touch with us and gave clear instructions on where he would pick us up at the nwd of a very busy concert.
He was also great fun and made our evening even better with a great journey to and from the concert

Very happy with the service I recieved
Very happy with the service I recieved, easy to get a price and book. Excellent communication from both company and driver. Details of driver and vehicle sent ahead of the booking. Driver was where they said they were going to be at the time specified. Driver very courteous. Would use company again and would recommend to friends.

The driver was helpful and polite.
The system used is excellent and makes communication simple. The driver text us when our plane landed and we text back when we were through passport control. The driver met us outside with a board with our name on.
The vehicle was lovely and clean. The driver was separated from the passengers by a plastic screen.
Very pleased, stress free experience. Would recommend and use the company again. again.

Fabulous company! Great communication whilst booking and extremely polite driver. First time I've ever booked transport through the internet and not gone through my local form.
Price was good and the whole process was just so smooth and easy.
