I had purchased tickets for a concert…
I had purchased tickets for a concert with a delivery date one day before the event. By 15.00 on the day of the concert only one of the tickets had been delivered after two conversations with their agents. The second ticket they delivered one hour prior the event after series of calls. This was highly stressful and unpleasant experience.

The prices are more than 10x original for a £17 original ticket. It’s absolutely insane and sooooo messed up especially for those that cannot afford to pay such high prices and also waited in queues for the tickets.

Purchase process was straight forward and very clear.
Seat selection is somewhat roulette as you are buying a seat in sector, not particular chairs. We ended up at the edge of the lateral which was a bit disappointing as 2 seats further our place were already cheaper seats. Still, it was better to buy it via StubHub as on the official website they are trying to sell you premium seats for 45EUR extra (and then you maybe sit next to each other). In this aspect StubHub pricing is much more wallet friendly.
It is not about StubHub but Barcelona tickets process; I got those only 48hrs ahead of event and no changes could be made 24hrs before kick-off. Meaning I had only 24 hours to accept tickets, assign those, ensure all is ok. I meant in theory it is enough time but taking into account that you are on travel, sightseeing, spending time - it may slip.
This part is actually a bit confusing as on the website during purchase the tickets it was said "instant delivery" no later than till 11/Mar. Well, game was on 22/Apr and I got tickets on 20/Apr.
What has to be mentioned - instructions and reminders received by e-mail were clear. Still, the process at the end is a bit demanding.
Customer support was great and informative however it is a bit frustrating that they can be contacted only via phone and under foreign number (extra cost to call). Chat or e-mail could be an advantage.
