Hiii, I just had an amazing experience with StubHub customer service. The seller didn’t send the tickets and it’s literally 5 hours left to the concert. Dear Skyler replaced my tickets with similar tickets in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciate it. Also this was my first experience buying resale tickets from this website. So glad they are so trustworthy.

First time using StubHub and I would recommend and use again. Emails and calls from them on the run up to the event explaining the next steps were very helpful and important to know. When I couldn’t access the tickets via the ticket app from the seller, Lisa from StubHub sorted it out within minutes and then later phoned me to make sure everything was ok and I had the tickets. Excellent customer service thank you.

Super helpful service
Selling tickets is straightforward, and the help desk is also very supportive. Normally, I don't put too much trust in customer service help desks, but Skyler was super helpful, and we managed to sort everything out so I could transfer my tickets to the buyer. Great experience

Read the small print. Couldn't make my event. Tried to sell them on Stubhub. Had no luck so I gave them to family members. I was on a trip with no internet and they charged me for a sale I had no access to. CROOKS.

I did not found my tickets 24h before the concert.
I called them, after 4 mns i've been connected to a lovely person (Kenzo) who helped me and fixed the problem. He even called me back twice to make sure it was fixed. Wonderful service, highly recommended !

EDIT: I was contacted by the customer service team after posting this review and received an acceptable resolution to the situation.
Original review: Tickets were delivered 2 hrs before the game after calling customer service 6 times. The seller finally contacted me offering me the cheapest tickets in the stadium because the 100 level ones I bought “were not available” after declining that initial offer we ended up with worse tickets than we paid for and the definitely took advantage of the situation. I strongly recommend avoiding them as a company, they were completely unhelpful and flippant about the change.

We have used StubHub all over the world but this experience has put us off completely! I’m not one for leaving negative reviews but DO NOT USE STUBHUB!
Kick-off was at 8:45pm and we still hadn’t received our tickets on the day of the match. At 12pm, we contacted customer services and they told us we would have them by 5:45pm and not to contact them again. We grew increasingly concerned and needed to leave the hotel to get there in time so at 5pm, we still had no correspondence and no tickets, so we contacted them again. After a lot of back and forth, and consistently being sent copy-and-pasted messages by the agent, customer services told us that the seller DID NOT HAVE THE TICKETS at 5:45pm.
They told us to choose new tickets which I asked them to confirm they were from a reputable seller and we would definitely be able to attend the game. They reassured me everything would be fine. We attended the match and when the stewards scanned the tickets they told us the names DID NOT MATCH and the TICKETS ARE FAKE.
We were turned away at the door.
We are now 9 days on from the match and we still HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
We booked this holiday especially for my partner’s birthday to be able to watch the match which he was so excited to see, and StubHub spoiled it completely with terrible policies (including allowing sellers to sell tickets which they do not have and selling fake tickets!!!!!) and some of the most shocking customer service assistance I have ever experienced. Not only did they mean we missed out on the only reason we went on that holiday, but they ruined it completely by filling us with anxiety and frustration around the whole situation.
AVOID STUBHUB AT ALL COSTS!!

First time I used a secondary seller website, and hence naturally anxious. I actually bought a ticket for the Olivia Dean concert at O2 Arena in London on the day, and the ticket was delivered via the AXS app very shortly afterwards. I learnt when researching the pros and cons of using such websites that ticket delivery can sometimes be as last as the day before which can be anxiety provoking. It would be great if tickets could be delivered straightaway.

We received tickets as expected but were not allowed access to the event.
All emails are from stubhub and the tickets were on my stubhub account. Such an awful experience.
The turnaround from this point was amazing. Juan Carlos M from Stubhub International took care of the case, and the service could not have been better. His professional and friendly approach, together with helping to make possible an alternative date was a hugely positive experience and outcome. A large company, with a personal touch, and a big heart. Thank you so much!!

WARNING – DENIED ACCESS – TICKETS ALREADY USED
I bought 2 tickets for a football match in Europe through StubHub.
When my son and me went to enter the stadium, the tickets were ALREADY USED and we were DENIED ACCESS.
The club provided us with a form to send to StubHub as proof of declined entry. STUBHUB have DECLINED A REFUND despite their 100% guarantee and proof of our declined entry.
We travel once a year purely to watch and sample the atmosphere of a game in Europe (time for Dad and son) - we live in the UK, meaning we paid for flights, trains, hotel etc, so when we were denied access I can't explain the feelings of disbelief. But that was our reality! Imagine giving this news to your son!
The form provided by the club explicitly states, “offering and passing on tickets … through a unauthorized sales platforms such as ebay, classified adds, Viagogo or StubHub is not permitted.” The form discusses what it calls the “continuously growing ticket Black market.”
THE RISK OF BUYING THROUGH STUBHUB WAS A TOTAL LOSS.
Some people may read this and say “It’s your own stupid fault to buy back-market tickets” … they’re right!

Well informed on ticket status. Received tickets one day before event. Easily printed out. RMV public transit required an activation, requiring the ticket number. Would have saved a lot of time if able to copy the number and paste. Had to enter 18 or so number going back and forth. Why can´t the ticket act as a ticket for public transit here in Germany?

I live in North America. I thought this website stubhub.ie was a well orchestrated scam site. I found out otherwise and I got a very good deal on a show in North America. I will be checking it out as part of my regular ticket search process for good prices. It is fully legit North Americans.
