Worst customer service ever I have seen.

The only thing is it’s take long time to get ticket so we get confused if we got booked or not

Had some issues with my credit card and was solved easily by the agent

The Customer Care via hotline is enthusiastic, patient with the customer (me) to solve the problems.
I am totally happy with the service.

Unreliable, Be careful
I searched for a flight on KAYK to NY. I found a reasonable ticket on Air France which I trust. Processed booking. It gave me option of Basic fare of £490, no checking bag or main cabin £529 one checking bag. I chose the latter. I even accept the offer protecting bag for a fee. It was only at the payment when I realised the website was not AF but it was to late and Payment completed.
Later tried to check my flight details, I could not log in. contacted the number provided. Talked to Nicole. She was helpful ( 2 star only for her support) confirmed the booking, but stated no luggage. I requested cancellation immediately and waiting for this to happen.

Luke was very helpful and he took his time to explain everything, even when I changed my mind he waited patiently until I decided...Brilliant!

This is the first time I used StudentUniverse to buy a ticket for one of my family members using my credit card, which created an information mismatch between the traveler and the card-owner. They quickly sent me an email containing messages like 'StudentUniverse has not been able to obtain an exact match of the credit card information provided for this flight...' and requested me to send them the verification documents.
After getting the documents, they finalized the ticketing.
In today's world full of online fraudulent activities, I appreciate their extra effort to protect the travelers, the card owners, and their business.
I'll continue using this booking agency and recommend it to my friends.

I got a really cheap ticket thanks to student universe. It was a really swift process and fast!

I wish the fees were much lower. The process wasn’t complicated, thankfully these days everything can be easily done online on your phone.

Student Universe found me the cheapest available non-student price on Emirates Airlines for a journey starting in 3 days.

The system didn't give me any discount even though my student status approved. I understood it easily because the ticket prices were the same with the flair airlines. So, if you don't give me (a student) special offers and discounts, why would I buy my ticket through your website?

Still waiting for my ticket to be processed. 24 hours!!!

The company is genuine and cares about customers. Ease of transaction, reasonable and discounted pricing. Will buy from this site again. Recommend to all.

On June 24, around 10 PM, when I attempted to book the flights, I received a notification stating that the reservations were not made. However, unbeknownst to me, the next day, on June 25 at 9 AM, I unexpectedly received my itinerary.

Unfortunately, before realizing that the flight had already been booked, I unintentionally made another reservation for the same flight through Flight Hub. In short, after numerous attempts to reach out to both Flight Center and Flight Hub, I decided to cancel my flight with Flight Hub, resulting in a $150 cancellation fee.

From now on, I will make sure to book all my flights through a travel agent to avoid such complications.
