Average customer service and quality of the product. Doesn't justify the price

I loved the shoes as there was no compromise on quality as usual but delivery got delayed by a week which was against the commitment. And shoe care was sold out and I haven't got it yet which was suppose to come with the shoe itself.

I bought shoes but unfortunately they made big size I contacted the service centre but they do not reply and also don’t give shoes care kit

Best value for money. Cooperative staff. Fine products.

Bad service slow people in Pakistan and really bad quality as in the pictures of shoes i will surely viral on every social media networks and prices like hell making all shoes in local made as people are maked stupid and think its from Italy directly but all staff lie only very bad experience even i know the owners since very long but no use of even knowing them sorry to say but this is the reality of studio empoli Pakistan

When I placed my first order for a pair of shoes from Studio Empoli, I was not quite happy with the product I received. However, after knowing my complaint the customer service rep got in touch immediately and I was given opportunity to place a new order of any product I liked at “zero cost.” I received the second pair within the designated time free of cost and I m happy to report that the quality, fit and finish of the shoes is great. The leather upper, sole and inner lining are all great though customers may be given the choice to select between calf leather or cow leather for inner lining because in my opinion cow leather lining is much more elegant and durable. Studio Empoli by default uses calf leather for inner lining, which is more comfortable but less durable. Anyway, giving the option at the time of purchase will resolve the issue. Thanks

The inner sole quality must be improved .it is not as good as once I bought my recent shoes from u r store.

Hi Guys, I used 1st time studio empoli and i just wanna say honestly That the quality of studio empoli was SUPERB, OUT STANDING , OWSOME i feel not shy to say 1st time i used this top quality but expensive shoes and i feel so much comfortable to wear studio empoli.
I have one Humble Request from All middle class customers like me to Owner of studio empoli please make affordable shoes to all in low budget as wel just bcz every one can afford Top Quality Hand Made Shoes of Urs and Please make Casual Party Wear Shoes also,

I purchased one article from studio empoli last year .I used it few months and it’s sole got damaged.I delivered at Lahore outlet for repair about 4 weeks ago .I call at their Lahore outlet number .But I didn’t get any response up till now .please look into matter and solve the matter at the earliest.

i ordered a pair of dress shoes size 12 (46) but to my amaze got almost size 10. extremely tight and unusable by me.
i had to give them to someone else.
kindly send the correct ordered size shoes when someone place an order.
i am not satisfied with your service. and will not recommend you people to others.

I had ordered three shoes with a request for color alteration in one of the articles. Unfortunately, they didn't take heed at all. I was repeatedly provided false assurances via WhatsApp, stating that everything will done according to the provided specifications. Nevertheless, they failed to deliver!
I had no option but to cancel my order then. Also, these people don't bother to reply to your emails. It reflects their values and dealing with the customers. Avoid them at all costs!

I placed orders for 4 pairs, out of which two were customized. the customised orders were close to what studio empoli already had but i got refused that they cant make it. It takes monumental amount of time and constant follow up to find out what has happened and why the order cant be made. finally it is agreed that only one of the order can be made. and if that order is close to what is asked then , i will purchase the remaining. Finally the picture received is of the pair which is what studio empoli has on its website apart from the zipper which i asked for. It was no where close to what i asked for. The people sitting on the other side of the phone has no idea what customer service is all about. Just a waste of time. why would i want to buy something that expensive and get a neglect attitude from your people.

Update:
Finally after a change of management, I was approached by studio empoli and was heard. The management regretted the inconvenience caused and ensured to rectify the greiveince. It is much appreciated that brands like studio empoli do care for it's brand name and also for it's regular customers. Happy with the final outcome. Thanks
