Quality product a bargain for what they offer
The quality of the shoes is excellent. The longer you wear them the more comfortable they get over time. I have wider than normal feet and they made sure the shoes fit perfectly. Will definitely shop again. Do make sure to talk to their customer representative for any personal customization of your order and the friendly staff will help you along all the way.

I bought two shoes of size 11, while 1 came size 12
I bought two shoes of size 11, one was the correct size and the other was size 12, had tried it on without seeing the size and found it too big while at office. Now i have given it for refit and refinish. I only wear Studio empoli and have been a customer since 2008 so it was kind of disappointing that they sent the wrong size

I believe sizing is different
I believe sizing is different. I purchased shoes, size was small and I sent them back for replacement with another design. The replacement took too long nearly 2 months for the new show to arrive.
