Item arrived with significant box…

Item arrived with significant box damage, held together with sellotape. Item was supposed to be a birthday gift however was not in fit condition to be given. Customer service use a script of repeat back what you said, add empathy, push back on any mitigation or resolution.

Studio were unwilling to pay postage for a return and unwilling to provide any compensation. I will not shop at Studio again.

had not used studio for long time

had not used studio for long time but saw an item was searching for and although delivery and returns charges are not cheap,thought take a chance first part of order arrived in good condition will give another review after safe reciept of rest of my order

Lots of bargains to tempt you with.

Lots of bargains to tempt you with.
Been waiting for patio to be made for ages but found outside mats instead. Cant wait to try them. Never knew they existed until I saw them in studio. They seem to have everything!
Shame about the Evri driver.

Easy to order, delivery explained in understandable English. Quick acknowledgement of order and informed of it's progress. Price wasn't bad either.
