3 weeks and still no refund

Studio Shake received returned products from me on 8 Jan, but no confirmation of this and of when my refund will be issued. Poor service. Again.

Full refund not received

After being told that I would receive my long overdue refund…..Studio Shake have once again fleeced me by only returning £32.99 of my purchase price of £40.63. Why have I not been refunded my complete price as I even paid for the return postage for the item. Why do customers have to go through this prolonged process from such an incompetent company such as Studio Shake…..a further reply and a further full refund is now once again required….hope all future customers are reading this saga I am having to deal with ! Dreadful ! Why is this issue being so difficult 😞

Impossible to get a refund on a…

Impossible to get a refund on a returned item which was returned in original packaging to the address given by the company.
Ordered item and arrived in good time but item not the right size (my error) so returned by Royal Mail recorded delivery within 24 hours. No refund has been received despite showing proof of recorded delivery.
Don't go to Studio Shake for anything.

Returned a purchase on 27/12

Returned a purchase on 27/12 (wrong size ordered - my mistake) and have heard nothing since. Have emailed 3 times and tried their on-line chat with no response. Dreadful customer service.

Ordered a green phone cover

Ordered a green phone cover, not cheap, £27. Order did not arrive. They eventually sent a replacement. Black not green! They said to return it and sent a pre paid envelope. Eventually my green phone cover arrived 3 weeks after original order. Unusable. The card slot has a raised lip right around it so it’s impossible to access the card! Surely products should be tested and seen to be fit for purpose. Weeks later, no acknowledgement of receipt of the returned goods, and no refund as yet. Poor poor service. Avoid

Expensive for Quality of Items and Non existent Customer Service

Waited 10 days and still no item received, tried to webchat them and got no response, 12 days in I emailed them to cancel the order and they totally ignored that and posted it out the following day, eventually received the item 18 days after ordering. Totally understand if they were overwhelmed with orders but the failure to respond to customer queries is not acceptable. Additionally when your order goes through you don’t get an order number or anything just acknowledgement of the payment received. On top of that I was very disappointed with the quality of the item I received.

I wish I had looked at the reviews…

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I purchased from Studioshake. I needed to send back the item as it was incorrect. My initial emails were responded to quickly. I sent the item back, and now they have the item and my money. I cannot get a response from them to tell me if the item I want is being sent. This is so frustrating as there is no telephone number to speak to them. I would like them to respond to my emails as they say they are open 7 days a week, but I haven't had a response for 3 days.

Poor service & product

I was concerned at the time it was taking for my phone case to arrive so tried to contact them by phone, this wasn’t possible so I e mailed to ask when it would arrive, I now have the phone case after chasing studioshake but I never received an e mail back at all to say sorry for the delay just got a message saying it was now being dispatched. I also have to say that the quality of the I phone 15 phone case with card holder is very poor, the card holder is literally a slit in the back of the phone case & it is near on impossible to retrieve any card once put in there, 2 cards just is a no go, very disappointed.

Stay clear of this company

I would give it zero stars if I could Still not received a phone case I ordered over 10 working days ago, had no refund and no communication total disgrace stay clear of this company you have been warned..
Their reply is a complete fabrication of the truth The item was never posted. I’ve checked with the post office. They’ve done a search nothing was ever posted to my address from this company they continue to blame postage which is a lie.. Guess what Gotta wait another five days for my refund going to contact my bank see if they can help ..I think it’s somebody’s garage somewhere ordering items from China. These people need to be stopped. should’ve gone on trust pilot first I would have seen the bad reviews lesson learned

Disappointing

Ordered a laptop case and stylus which both took much longer than the estimated 7 day delivery time to arrive, with no tracking. The laptop case is fine but the stylus is not what's depicted on the website. It says it's compatible with most touchscreen devices but is instead just a cheap version of an apple pen, and only works with Ipad.
Overpriced products, slow delivery and you won't receive what you paid for.

Sent wrong case and initially denied that happened (insinuating the error was mine) but subsequently admitted error and agreed to send replacement. Increased from 1 star to 2 stars as a result. I shouldn’t have needed to provide pictorial evidence of their error.

Studioshake offer a very poor service

Studioshake offer a very poor service. I ordered a IPad Pro cover on 6th Aug. Even allowing for the weekend it was not posted until the evening of the 15th Aug. That in my opinion drives a coach and horses through their claim to 1-2 business days for dispatch. I received the item on 17th just 2 days with Royal Mail no delay by the RM all the delays at the hands of studioshake. The item was a tracked item so why not give the customer the tracking info - ‘cos that would show up their dispatch timings as bogus!

Faulty Item - Poor Customer Services

Ordered an iPhone case & magnet for car vent. Arrived fine but only lasted me 3 months. The magnet on the back of the phone cover has completely broken off so now I can’t use the cover or the vent magnet. I have contacted the company 3 times now & sent a picture of the faulty cover & no response. Buyer beware - product not fit for purpose & no reply from Customer services.

Appalling Service

Ordered a phone cover on 12th may - still not received despite being told to wait and it will arrive shortly. Takes a week for them to respond to an email and basically refuse to give a refund. Certainly would advise people not to use this company as I don’t expect I’ll ever receive item or refund

I see that the tracking information is showing as "Due to be delivered today." Unfortunately, this package was delayed by Royal Mail as this was still working its way through the network, and there's nothing we could do to expedite delivery until they complete delivery.

This delay was completely out of our control and nothing we could do as this was dispatched to Royal Mail who caused the delay. This was an unfortunate circumstance out of our control.

ordered iPad cover for my sons iPad for holidays which we go on in 3 days yet to receive any update on delivery or when this is going to be here. Very frustrating and will be money thrown down a drain if not here before we go. Very very disappointed.

Just another person hoping people read…

Just another person hoping people read these reviews prior to ordering in order that they can instead purchase at a company that will actually deliver what they’ve paid for. Pressed “Pay” on May 12th with the instruction that delivery will be 3 - 5 days and we’ll receive an email once dispatched. Still no email and no delivery. Judging by the replies from this company on Trustpilot, we’ll be told “some deliveries get delayed” seemingly this is the norm for Studioshake. Requested a refund, but something tells me that will be delayed as well.

Looked at all the other terrible reviews for this company so i’m now beginning to think i’ve been scammed.
