Poor service

I ordered an iPad cover for my sons birthday 2 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed and was told to basically wait out and get in touch if it still doesn't arrive. After the order didn't arrive again that week, I emailed again and got the exact same generic response on their next email.

Overpriced for a very cheap product

Paid far too much for a product which within a month was already faulty. No response to the multiple emails I’ve sent or their web chat. They claim to deliver excellent customer service which is far from the truth. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, took ages to receive the order with no response from emails or webchats. Finally item arrived and was not the quality item I was led to believe it was. I returned the item but still no refund and no response from any contact I have tried to make.
Avoid, do not use this company.

Very poor quality item received

Very poor quality item received. No updates on delivery given. Then when I tried to return it I was told I was outside of the 14 days return window when they make it incredibly hard to make a return, having to print off forms etc.

Unnecessarily difficult company with poor quality product. Avoid.

Another unsatisfied customer

I ordered a kids Ipad case on Sunday, it is now Friday and it hasnt even been dispatched yet even though the delivery time quoted clearly states dispatch within 1-2 days. I emailed customer service yesterday for an update and no response. We have an ipad not being used waiting for this case to protect it and a very upset little boy. I will not be recommending and would like a refund so I can sort something quickly.

Avoid, no delivery, no contact

I am still waiting for my phone case and I have tried emailing and using their chat option but no response, I am forced to start a claim back for my money via the credit card company. I can only assume this is a fake site with no people running it as a business, just a scam to get money.
It has taken this review to get a response from the company, asking for the order number of 15472, I have sent numerous emails and chats with the order number of so check them and get back to me, its crackers that I am having to communicate via this review.

iPhone case, 1 month, no delivery

Ordered an iPhone case January 12th, have attempted to contact the company multiple times. No response, forced to post this message in an attempt to get one. I’m owed an update, happy to receive the product or I simply just want a refund. No delivery notice, nothing and it’s now one month and counting. Do not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience to date.

It’s frankly shocking that no response comes from your support chat but immediately you respond here. Please give me a number to call so I can talk to someone, no delivery notification was received and no product was delivered.

A great experience, highly recommended

The website was easy to use and the product range is excellent. I found just what I wanted and it was dispatched quickly. The quality is excellent and just what I was looking for. My only slight issue is that I was not informed about how long it would be before it was delivered. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and put my mind at rest. I would happily recommend studioshake.

Just right & what I needed

I first ordered the wrong iPad cover, but StudioShake replaced it promptly & without fuss. All the procedures were easy, from ordering through to replacement, it arrived quickly within days, and the correct cover is perfect, in quality and material. Good prices too. I recommend the company.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I used this company because I like supporting small businesses. They are doing themselves a huge disservice with their tardy customer service and horrible delivery times. Ordered an item Jan. 18, money taken straight away. No updates whatsoever on the delivery up until today. They have been very good about sending me advertising and soliciting for items I have no interest in -- even though I'm pretty sure I did not subscribe to their newsletter. I have emailed them and contacted them on their online chat, but no response at all. Want my money back ASAP.

I can only apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused, I have contacted EVRI and been advised a delivery attempt was made today but they were unable to deliver this and will reattempt the next business day. Fake Leather - Read the Small Print

This business is a scam - They headline their products with ‘ Premium Leather iPad Case | Luxury Protection’ - they are not leather - they are PU leather - read the small print - PU leather is a plastic. So essentially we paid £40 for a cheap and nasty mass produced iPad cover that could’ve been purchased off a market stall for a tenner. Avoid.

Ordered a phone case on the 8th of…

Ordered a phone case on the 8th of December as a present for my partner. Did not get a confirmation email but the money got taken from my account straight away! It has STILL not arrived. I have tried to contact customer service on their online chat but get ignored each time! Really fed up and just want my money back now so I can buy one elsewhere.

Good products, slow delivery

I ordered a Smart Cover and pouch for a new iPad from this company because I like to support smaller companies. Prices and selection were good, however they do not appear to have adapted delivery information to account for the holiday period, so my order took longer than expected to arrive. That having been said customer service were very quick to answer my query. The goods were well packaged and are as expected.

Scammers? No they aren’t!

I revoke all I said below and apologise to Studio Shake for not trusting them. They are not a scam company. I returned their goods, as requested by them, and received a full refund for the product into my credit card account. So, if you are not satisfied with their goods, they will provide a refund when you return the product. Also, it seems I was mistaken about them advertising on Amazon. I don’t know how I went from an Amazon search to Studio Shake, but I did somehow 🤷🏻. I will leave what I first wrote below, so you can see what I’m apologising for:

Ordered iPad 10 screen cover, as the company were advertising on Amazon with pretty good pictures. The company is no longer on Amazon. I Paid £35.49 by credit card on 15/13/2023 including post/package. On 22/12/2023 I Received “it”. Not the magnetic screen cover I was expecting. Instead, I got a whole iPad 10 case made of flimsy plastic rubbish with a stuck-on junk plastic screen cover with a “deliberate” mark on the inside of the cover, which means it’s not returnable under their conditions policy. They are just a post box! The company has to be a scam. I’ve reported them to my credit card company. Amazon not interested as Studio Shake are off their website. Don’t get caught. It’s a scam!!!

Poor communication

Ordered iPad case on 8th December for Christmas, still not arrived and no confirmation of delivery or response to numerous emails.

** I would like to thank you for replying to my email and this review and confirm that the parcel arrived late this afternoon. If you could send out tracking details for deliveries, it would avoid confusion about delivery status. Understandably Royal Mail are slow at this time, but without any confirmation of dispatch, customers have no idea what is happening with their order.

Unfortunately in the same situation as…

Unfortunately in the same situation as others, ordered an iPad cover on Monday, no confirmation of dispatch and no reply to chasing email - no confidence it will arrive in time, I'd avoid.

Update 18 Dec - The goods have arrived as promised, so I have updated to 3 stars - it's only 3 because of the lack of information / tracking. I know this is unsolicited advice and I understand the pressure for small businesses, but I can't help thinking you are prioritising the wrong things - if you say in the confirmation email a further email will be sent when dispatched you really need to send that second email. You have paid for tracked delivery but if you don't share the tracking information with customers this is pointless. It might not seem as important as sending the items out but it is, as otherwise you are in danger of trashing your own business in the longer term (as you can see from the many reviews saying the same thing as I did). I really hope that helps.
